I promise my calves will not be a weak point by the end of the year. They are on fire right now worse than yesterday. These little bitches are having to truck my heavy upper around during cardio and they dont like it. I like running now. I dont look like I should be running and everyone stares. I just messed up on my first squat set on the first rep I lost my form and went forward onto my knees with 300 lb. I couldn't stand up without dislocating my back and my girlfriend couldnt lift it off. I threw it off behind me. All ended good. I got my squats done. I will catch up to where capes legs are now in a couple years maybe.
