Your HIT and HIIT routines are are mother f@#$er... I am too damn lazy for the shit you go through lol. I run a mile and lift for one group a day then do a feeder workout routine before bed. Your hiking uphill with big rocks and what not would burn me out! I will pay your thread a visit though just to watch your torture.

Lol the rock was a treat. I found it and humped it towards a waterfall up a creek and kicked it off. I'll try to get the video. ..it's from my Facebook but I don't wanna expose myself lol I usually load my MOLLE pack with around 80-90lbs of sand and I hit horse trails up and down steep hills.
Yeah the workouts ar grouling that's why it's been working out better training every other day and on the InBetween days I train calfs and abs. This way I get all my muscle group in starting Monday and am starting over by Monday the following week. So it's only a day longer or so to finish my weekly regime.
And this way I stay motivated and get plenty of rest since one session is pretty taxing on the body I feel. High volume heavy weight and little rest between sets. May not be the best way for me or anyone but I'm trying to just be able to go through hell and make it out and get use to it. I'm still trying to perfect my diet and routines in total but I'm just conditioning right now it's seems getting use to things and will keep gaining knowledge and stuff from you guys lol.Last edited by Marsoc; 01-30-2017 at 09:05 PM.

99.9% of the problems with people stem from feminization. Kids and young men (mellinials) do not remember life without cell phones and facebook. When any little problem arises facebook and social media turns it into an epidemic. The modern left in America is a direct result of minorities having a double standard voice twenty times as loud as a working male to busy to spend his workday holding up traffic in the street, protesting. Their agendas win because they are the only ones speaking. Its the same reason if you call someone a fag for wanting to light up the whitehouse in rainbow colors, like obama did, they call you a bigot and make sure your voice isn't heard.
Double standards and political correctness make certain that the people making the world go around dont have a say in anything. The bastards living off the tax dollars I worked 100 hours a weeks for last year and all the years before, are the same bastards flying the rainbow flag and spending weeks protesting burning American flags. My 8 year old nephew does not want to play rugby or cricket because he is scared of getting hurt. Fuck him i am making him play he needs to be tough. Its my duty as a good uncle to raise him. He can hate me but he will respect me and when he grows up realise tough love is the way to teach

Well, no feeder workout tonight. Took down some big ass trees today with a 395xp husqvarna with a 28" bar. Slinging that 30lb saw all day caused enough catabolism I will not be gaining a thing today. Life.

About the tren I'm of course disappointed.

Yeah I know. They all preach low reps. Low reps work but you eventually plateau with it like anything else. Most do a deload week with higher reps and lower weight at some point unless they are dumb. These methods are working for me. Thanks sil.

It should be done for one musclegroup only for 2-3 months. Bis, tris, shoulders, rear shoulders, forarms, calves, traps are musclegroups that i think could benefit. But hey...chest also.
Choose the musclegroup u most wanna bring up.
Its practiced 7 times a week. Before every bedtime.
Pic a good exercise for targeting muscle and do 100 reps. Rich do 3 sets. 1 was enough for me.
It will not tear fibers, just stretch the foscia and develop the veins and better the mindmuscle conection.
It will not tax your CNS compared to regular workouts.
Important, choose an extremely ligth weigth so u use the targeting muscle only. In the beginning the muscle/limb itself could be enough.
The more pump u get the better it is.
