Maybe someone can explain...... I am having problems completing HIIT. I can’t seem to get enough air. It doesn’t feel right and I don’t feel like having a heart attack. Never had this happen before. I checked BP this morning before working out and it was 138/98. I will check this afternoon and tomorrow morning. I used to run 4 miles a day while on tren , however I have night sweats and I never did previously. I sweat during the morning workout, the night workout and sleeping. I have upped my water intake because I did have issues with cramps. My sweat also smells like ammonia. I am taking EC stack. Also, just started Winnie pills. I always took injectable Winnie before.
I just started taking powder EAA and BCAA. I never took powder before.
I am losing about .7 kg daily. It is pretty consistent. I need to force myself to eat. I do not really have insomnia, but I will wake up at 12-1 am wanting to workout, but I go back to sleep until 3 am . 3 am is my normal wake up time.
I am losing weight so I am not pushing the HIIT since it doesn’t feel right.
I usually only change one thing at a time, but I really have multiple changes happening.
I also should be getting atenolol to lower bp soon. I do not like bp in high 130’s and especially 98 diastolic.

go get your hematocrit checked or just go donate blood right now brother

the atenolol is definitely going to help you with your cardio and lower your BP and resting heart rate. which is great and you'll feel a lot better, BUT I'm guessing your main issue is high hematocrit right now and atenolol won't do shit for that

when my cardio gets impacted and I find it more difficult to breath, then its always been either elevated hematocrit or my estrogen is threw the roof.

there are meters for testing your hemoglobin at home yourself. hemoglobin will give you an idea of if your hematocrit is too high (as they are tied together).

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07592VHZ2...&pd_rd_w=t6eVh

the NPP and Tren may be bringing up your RBC count significantly.

well heck, you don't got much of anything in there that even aromatizes. so I doubt its your estrogen thats an issue. the NPP and Tren has probably raised your hematocrit a bunch plus being on cycle for awhile

also, if your prone to getting elevated hematocrit while on cycle (and you do mention some sleep troubles) then you should get tested for sleep apnea . or perhaps you only get sleep apnea when on cycle. BUT either way, sleep apnea will cause your body to produce more RBC and elevate your hematocrit

No. Kgs. I expect it to level out at a lower value... around .3 kgs per day. This is the 3rd day at .7. I do know that I really need to force myself to eat. Tren and EC stack have that effect on me. Food doesn’t even taste good.

Best thing I decided to do was to stay on NPP. Workouts are great but cardio sucks.

yep, that shit just creeps up on you. your going along doing just fine, then one day you get frickin winded just walking into the gym. leg day sucks.. then it may even carry itself over to feeling a bit out of breath just trying to go to sleep (especially if you workout at night).

gotta try and remember to donate more often before it gets to that point

depends. IF its definitely high hemo causing his issues then that won't help.. I have an oxygen saturation monitor, if my hemo is elevated and I'm having breathing problems my oxygen levels are still good (97% saturation normally), which means the lungs are taking in oxygen just fine.. its just the blood is so thick its not carrying the oxygen very well (at least thats my theory and my experience,, someone with a better medical understanding can correct me).

but I won't lie, I do have cans of pure oxygen (that high elevation hikers use) that I use when this issue creeps up on me. even though my lungs are taking in oxygen fine and my saturation is fine according to my meter, there is just something mentally comforting about taking in pure oxygen..
so in that regards a bronchodilator may help

So you will also need the test combo also? The test cartridges and the capillary tubes?

Damn dude, that's awesome! I'm down to 215, little frustrated, didn't mean to loose that much. At least I dropped my bf 4-5%. Gonna do a slow recomp tren cycle in a couple months, should turn into a beast...lol

Slin and test. Awaiting a sponsored cycle of 100mg of adrol per day + 750 tren a + 750 test (gonna add in novolog). Want to get to 250 at a slow lean pace. Hopefully by september but that is wishful thinking. We will see when I reach 240 @ 12%

slow lean pace , sure brother. Adrol, with high dose tren and high dose Test , on top of insulin . thats a protocol to blow the hell up and get big quick !!

edit - if I was to guess, I would say thats the exact protocol Reagen Grimes used to blow up when he was over in Dubai and got huge

I have sleep apnea and if I don't use my cpap my RBC count goes high within a couple of weeks.
I actually donate every 30 days to keep my levels down.

Like GH mentioned if my levels go high I can tell a huge difference on getting winded quickly.

    Leg day today,

Another intense workout, groin was being a bitch so squats were limited. Tried the smith machine leg press exercise where you lay under the bar and press up with your legs. Kinda scary at first but seemed to work good. Diets been descent probably not eating enough. Going to go get an hour of cardio later tonight.
