Heart rate still around 90, thinking the must also have something to do with. I'm lowering it anyway due to heartburn. Cutting back to 600mg a week, will see how that goes

Maybe you want to try it from the other way. Stop T3 altogether to see what your actual RHR is. Then slowly add T3. I am worried about you. That is too high still IMO.

Getting a couple days rest, or just cardio, sensing some overtraining or just poor recovery.

I do not think so, but they do have an upper limit on the hemoglobin of 20. The other place I donate does not have an upper limit on hemoglobin.

Got 45 minutes LISS with a few friends this morning. Bis, tris, glutes, and calves tonight.
Last night's workout was a bit less volume than I had planned. Tired, hungry, and worried about a friend. I worked hard and I'm feeling doms today, but still a little disappointed I didn't complete my planned wo

    Great sweep to the quads.
    Squats and
Hack squats with high foot placement will build the glutes.

Looking great DC! To add to what cape said, to activate glutes more turn your feet outwards. Heavy good mornings work the glutes and hamstrings a lot too. Make sure to take similar pics at the end of the comp after you implement all this glute training

I would be very careful with Good Mornings. It can wreak havoc on your back.

True all exercises done heavy are dangerous, especially with bad form, but good mornings are done to build the muscles that keep you upright and to prevent injuries. Have never had back injuries myself so I can't advise those who have back issues on this...
