  2. Switching to maintenance diet

    Hi guys,

    As of tomorrow, November 15, 2013, I am switching over to maintenance diet for a while. I have some serious cutting fatigue and I need a break and if I do not do this I will end up cheating. I have created a CKD Maintenance diet as I am a huge LCHF fan. I will weigh myself everyday to see how this is affecting my body weight and also to have a nice graph to post in about 30 days.   5. Day 109 - Day off, refocusing

    Had a complete breakdown in my pursuit for the magical 10% body fat goal. I can not attribute this to anything else than weakness and diet fatigue I believe. I decided to take Sunday and Monday off to refocus and make a last push which should last about 16 - 23 (Thanksgiving is in there) days and if I am correct this is all that should be needed.
