Hi guys, Last week I had a DEXA scan done to see what my actual body fat was. I gained some weight since then, not sure why exactly, but there is ~4-5lb to go before I hit the 10% mark and I can start Bulking. I will bulk without AAS for about a month and then add a cycle.
