    Sick as a dog today so I am delaying Keto Extreme until I feel better which might be tomorrow or in a few days. It's the curse of having a daughter in Kindergarten.

  3. Starting tomorrow I am going Keto Extreme

    Dear reader,

    Ever since I read this experiment where they put Olympic Gymnasts on an extreme Keto diet for 30 days to see if it affects performance (It did not btw) I have been wanting to try this. I will be implementing a new diet starting tomorrow and going for 14 days and adding 100mg/ed of Clenbuterol. I know T3 is suppose to be better but this is what I have on hand. Due to the extreme nature of this Keto Diet I am doubling my Vitamin dose and of course adding Taurine.
