I'm not either...but the wife wanted it.
She was cleared for exercise again 2 weeks ago....and is down 5# already. So I'm cooking for towards what she wants.
But this actually was pretty good.
Low sodium soy, garlic, evoo, and lemon juice.
Broiled on high in the oven. Wasn't bad
