Wanted to know if I was coming in this weekend and I told them yes on Saturday night. Said they needed a part made for next week. Told them "Sure, I'll get on it Saturday night".     The antibiotics should begin kicking here in a day or two. Just rest and eat what it takes to keep your size now. You should be good to start back light training within a week and then that still gives you till end of June to pack on a tad more size before prep.
    I know its a real mind fvck when we can't train, especially when it's a priority, but now that you're on antibiotics, you're on that right road again. Hang in there, man!

    Enjoy it, Clarky. I'm lifting late this evening (it's ~ 4 a.m. here now and getting ready to watch a movie with the wife and the beast).
    Work tried to get me to come in, but it isn't anything that won't hold until Saturday night so I'm doing as you directed. Feet up in my recliner, windows in the house are open, and I'm listening to the owl, bobwhites, and tree frogs singing their song.

    Stay on the course you are... You'll start to add in more days - it sounds like last cycle when you were lifting(weight training) it makes much more drastic changes

    Great session did chest and a wee bit legs.

    Cable fly 1 working DD. **new weight**

    Slight incline db press 1 working 1 drop

    Hammer press 1 working 1 drop

    Slight incline fly 1 working 1 drop

    Leg press 1 working DD

    Seated calf raises 3 sets high rep

    Done.

    The leg press is the one where your pushing it up a incline you know what a mean AG knows lol.

    Love the seated calf raises A can really load the fvcking load it up.

    Chest was great really pushing it shaking like fvck on the db press. Good session chinky the night well in about 20min lol.

    The time before when I lifted was so fatigued. Almost a waste of time tbh.....

    Rough day today, slept late, ate x 2, trained, ate, napped, time to eat again soon, then going out to dinner later.

    I'm surely seeing my body needing the rest - but I'm chomping at the bit to do something... Hopefully this next appointment will be soon - and I think the best way to go is actually getting some mesh back in there... We'll see!

    So I heard this is where I have come to get big.

    I'm on a cut and my leg workouts have been suffering because of cardio.

    I have no issues getting to 10% on diet alone, but I'm trying to hit the mythical 5% in the next 17 days.

    I usually do wind sprints on a recumbent bike because they seem to burn the most amount of calories per time.

    What kind of cardio do you guys do on a cut that minimally interferes with your legs days?

    DB pec flys
    Vertical chest
    Decline chest
    Chest press
    Seated cable flys ( amazing what 5 lbs does to form )
    Standing cable press
    Wood chop hi to low

    30 min incline tabatas 20 seconds run 10 sec walk. Killer. Every time.

    Legs still sore from Friday. Irritated the right rotator cuff. Note to RC. Get used to it honey. Lol

    Hi GGR, not trying to get preachy here, but I'd question that logic. Try to go out of your way to not irritate it, at least as often as you can.

    I do the stairmaster after a leg session *shrug* lol
    Failure is not and option..... ONLY beyond failure is - Haz

    Do the stair master 4 days a week for 30 min and the treadmill at 6% incline for 30. Lay off cardio on leg day.

    To get to 5-6% you'll probably need twice a day cardio sessions along with a perfected diet, water manipulation.

    5-6% is hard to hold onto for more than a few days or so. You can manipulate your water and sodium to dry out completely so all definition is visible. You can do a fairly good job just by consuming 2gal of water a day for a bit and then cut back. Your body will continue to expel water and you will dry out.

    This is Ofcoarse for a show. Everything has to be timed correctly

    Diet's always spot on. Do you think I need twice a day if I'm taking 75mcg of t3?

    I'm at about 8-9 right now.

    The lower you get the harder it seems to be. I'm no expert on this as I haven't gotten that low but being around those that have..... The diet seems to be a science.

    Have you attempted to get this low before? Are you carb cycling? Maybe list your diet so others who have direct experience can chime in.
