No ma'am, at least not physically. My last bloods came back showing I was moderately potassium depleted.for some reason. It's not from.my diet, so my Dr. started me on Klor-Con M20.
Actually she wanted me to have my wife drive me into town for an IV when she called with my labs, but the wife has never had a drivers license in her life and doesn't drive (except for one time and that wasn't legal). So I ate a couple of extra avacados and a potato that evening and picked up my script the next morning when I got off of work. I think the main reason my Dr. was concerned was because of my past heart problems.
The older I get, the more my body acts up. My T has also been dropping so I've been dragging lately, however my Dr. increased the frequency of my shots and will adjust dosage as needed.
See GGR, my body is stupid.

Thanks, GGR . Just one of things that we have to deal with from time.to time. Knocked out my crunches and just wasn't feeling up to snuff so I will have a go at it again tomorrow. Waiting to hear from work now. If there aren't any major malfunctions, I'm going to take tonight off from work as well.

Thanks, Clarky. I got the night off and have been laying around with the wife and the dog. Just finished off a half can of salmon and a lettuce, spinach, and broccoli salad. Hopefully will be up to par this evening and do some lifting!

Back/lats is sore the day. Never intended to shift lots of weight yesterday as i wasn't 100% so it was all slow and with a good squeeze.

I had planned on starting a week or two ago, but my Dr. has changed me to weekly shots now instead of every 2 weeks. The weekly shots are half the the dosage of the shot I was getting every 2 weeks. I think the dosage may need to be bumped up a tad, but Kel pointed out to me that it may just need to be split into 2 shots/week and I think he has a valid point, plus I have a lot of respect for Kel and his knowledge/experience.
I'd love to start now, but since she is changing my TRT around, I think I should wait until it gets settled in and have an idea of when my next labs will be pulled. Also, once I get my dosage settled, she is going to let me do my shots at home, so there may be a tad of tweaking there.
I need to get this potassium issue ironed out too, as I don't know WTF happened there. My diet is the same as always and the only real change was I had ditched a couple of the diet colas and replaced them with water. I mainly drink water and unsweetened tea or tea sweetened with Splenda or stevia other than my Pepsi Max or two on the way to work. My Dr. said I was moderately depleted but was very concerned because of the past heart problems. Her nurse said I was dangerously depleted, but she may just be overly dramatic. My creatinine and BUN values were very close to my past labs, which have always been well within reference range, so it's kind of a mystery. I do take a diuretic, but the dosage hasn't changed.
The low potassium and the low T does explain why I have been feeling so weak and my Dr. said it may have had something to do with the quad/facia tear a few months ago, but she admitted that's just an assumption on her part.
It may be June or July before I get to jump into a wee blast, but I am very well stocked for it and am already shopping for the blast after the upcoming blast.
As Marcus says, I just realized I'm "waffling".
When are you jumping into yours?

Mmm, tren . I break out into a sweat just thinking about it. I never did care much for d'bol or 'drol, I just didn't feel good on either one. I do, however, love good anavar . With good 'var, 20 mg/day is gracious plenty for me.
This sounds like a good run for.you, Clarky. You're going to need a new sweater and kilt.

I would just sweat constantly and trying to sleep was a nightmare. Had to sleep on a towel. Lol

Yes sir, I was the same.way with tren. A sweaty, angry, sleepy madman. I would like.to try tren again one day now that I have a phlebotomist that will help me drain my blood. I can do it, but sometimes it isn't pretty and takes a couple of attempts.
If I do try tren again, it would probably be at the ~100mg/week range; maybe 30mg EOD. I've run high doses before, really high. Anywhere from 300-600/week of tren ace and have run tren eneanthate and tren HHC @ 750mg/week. I literally almost pulled shoulders out of joint and screwed up an elbow on deads at those high doses of enanthate and hexahydrobenzylcarbonate, so that is way too much to even think of running the same again. Also, I had to walk away from people at work for their own safety and to ensure my future employment. It would take very little to get me to the point I was growling at people.

I like high intensity interval training, burns fat you get in better cardiovascular shape. I do 1 min at 7+, then the next min at 10+, then back and forth. Im up to 3 min of 10+ and 3.5 miles in 20 minutes.

    Hello fella's and GGR,

Things are almost back into place here. My wife is feeling good and she's back to some cardio and full body work out to break back in. Seems like Im going to be under the gun until 4th of July, this is when the people are moving into the house Im working on. The designer wants it end of May, so thats when things will be the worst. But fuk it, this will be the last custom we will do so I have to just pull through this. OK enough "waffling"

    TRAINING !

Been going great, Im benching shoulder width on smith, flat and slightly inclined, my chest is coming back, Im real stoked. Im finally getting good work outs, where I feel content when I leave. Squatting for some reason Im holding back, I think its the blood bruise in my tear drop after it popped, but its been better so next week I should be OK. Im getting real solid ab/cardio day in on Sundays, real abs, full bore work out.

I switched over to AM Tek deca and all of a sudden my face is real red, so I have to check my BP. Im going to order some AP or Unigen and go back to one of those.

So hang tough guys, weather is getting warmer, shirts off time, lets reap the rewards of our hard work

Still feeling weak, but I managed to get it done. The weakness didn't really kick in full blast until deads, but I could tell from the get go that I wasn't up to snuff so I hit failure and kept the intensity cranked up.

2 sets of crunches and lower back/lat stretches.

    WG pulldown w/ u'hand grip- 2 w/u, Work-7+ - 2+ - 1+. Rest paused this one and did a 10 count hold/slow neg. on partial reps.
Parallel grip pulldown-1 w/u, Work- 5+ - 2+, drop, 4+. Combination of rest pause and a drop on these. 10 count hold/slow negative on partials.
    Straightjacket stretches.
    Tbar rows- 1 w/u, Work-5 - 4, drop, 3. Another rest pause/ drop combo.
Low pulley rows- Work-9+ - 3+ - 2+ reps. Regular rest pause on these w/ a 10 count slown negative. Absolutely smoked these. I need to get back to pre- exhausting these w/ d'bell rows or maybe even SS the two lifts.
This is where the fatigue really showed its @ss on deads.
    Deads- 1 w/u, Work1- 5 good reps with 2plates and a quarter per side. Work2- 7 good reps w/ just 2 plates per side.

37 minutes not including crunches and stretches, but that does include stripping plates. Grabbed my shower and got ready for work and was still sweating 2 hours post lift. Looks like.any day that I don't lift or work in the yard, I need to jump on the cardio.

I need to drop 1/2 a stone then I will feel better and cardio will get easier, but going to attack things slowly. My usually attack on bf is preservation of muscle tissue is without doubt priority so slowly slowly or all the hard work disappears
