For a first cycle of test e....and yes 12 week cycle theres not much point for a pct(no gyno,minimal supression and no real reason for pct). Of course if you did do a pact nothing wrong with that mate, but waste of money imo.

What are the rules?

do you still need lots of carbs and protein as you would if you where bulking up? I hear water is no good while on steroids, is this true?
