I'm better, boss! Still some niggles in the shoulder but much improved. Stomach issue is gone, and tonight is arms.
Been doing some higher rep shoulder exercises every other day or so with a band and have found one that absolutely fills my anteriors with blood which feels so fvcking good! Also, Prox gave me an exercise that works well. Think I got lucky this time and just really strained the anteriors, particularly the left one.There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Well just got back from the hospital for the wifes surgery alls well.Had too leave before she woke up bad storm coming and I just hooked up my plow.We may get a foot and 30mph winds.Not fun!

Did back tonight guys was actually a good workout. Mind was into it. But I'm sure I'm gonna be paying for it tomorrow.
Gym was crazy busy so kinda weird routine.
Low pulley hammers 2f 1w 1w rpx2
Tbar hammer machine close grip 1f 2w
Seated CG rows 1f 2w 1 drop
Widegrip pd 2w (these hurt I have to be careful) also I have the habit of staring up at the pulley which hurts the spine as well lol.
Standing straight arm pd (again if form isn't perfect they hurt) but got through them.
Pushing through and getting it done best I can.
New scale in the house and haven't weighed myself in more then 6 months probably I knew I gained some fat but I'm currently 202. Heaviest I ever been which normally is a good thing. But this is fat I'm sure of.

3x15 each rear pec dec & face pulls for rear delts w/ limited ROM to keep scapula/traps out.
Straight arm pulldowns: 2ws w/dd on last
Machine rows palms down: 2ws w/dd on last
Machine rows palms in: 2ws w/dd on last
Reverse flies face down on incline bench 3x12
Front shrugs: 4x12
Playing with lighter weights, focusing on cleaner motion w/strong held contractions at end of motion. Killer pump & burn.
