Bad news my nipples are getting sensitive, on a trt dose wtf?? Do i need an ai for this really, gonna have to pull bloods for the 4th time again. Really dont get it, never had a problem with test only unless of course some is converting over...i feel ok, 5 weeks into trt i feel like i can gain another 15lbs before i cycle again. Anybody got any feedback on the sore nips? Any is appreciated
Have you had your E2(sensitive assay) done yet? What dose are you on(wkly or are you able to do it yourself)? and at what frequency? If you can pin it yourself break it up into(say your in 200mgs/wkly - go with 100mgs/2x wkly for better steady state levels) - I run 150/wkly @ 75mgs/split into 2injections...

I'd say younmay need an ai(.25mgs) after shot day?! Bw will tell but don't get gyno this is how I got a minor case actually! Ask away in here Cuz!

200 mgs every other week? That's F'd up but I think we spoke of that a month ago. You seriously need to move that to weekly injections at a minimum. Every 5 days even better or split twice per week. Most never need 200 per week. Think long term with TRT and steady, positive numbers with free T at the upper level. Total T doesn't matter. It's about managing E2 and RBC's.

At 200 mgs your E2 is spiking very high then waning as the test wear off later in the week, then probably in the toilet toward the end of the 2nd week. There's no doubt in my mind you need an AI either the day of or day after injection at a minimum. Then maybe again later that first week. Doubt you do the second but only BW will reveal that.

No need for prolactin imo, unless you've been diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism and you could be secreting it at a high rate(pituitary adenoma)... otherwise no progestins(19nors) are being ran!

He's got you on 200mgs/eow woooow... that's horrible... I bet you could cut your dose down to at least 150(75mgs/2x wkly) plus your blood serum levels would be much more stable! Try and teach this doc something, Cuz... by the time(even after a wk) your basically left with not much test left let alone eow(you'll have dipped to nothing on cyp or E) That's just a terrible protocol! and I've seen guys on this protocol get gyno(b/c of the initial spike of 200mgs when you most likely are below the range by that time... push for e5-7d max!

Sorry your going through this Cuz!

Back and shoulders today! Low back a bit tight due to real heavy squats Wednesday so I figured I'd just do supported stuff today to give myself a break. I failed. It went really well.

Pulldowns: 2 heavy drop on last. Quick rep pace but strict. 12 ish reps.
Supported 35 degree smith rows: 2 sets heavy both with RP's as they suck the wind out of me.
Same move but with underhand grip: 2 sets moderate with solid squeeze at top.
Close grip pulldowns: 2 sets to failure
Shrugs: 2 sets heavy, RP on last

Smith Press: 2 sets, drop on last
Laterals: 2 sets, DD on last
    Rears: 2 sets, higher reps

So now my whole body is fried. Thankfully I skip weekends. Need to rest and eat. Actually I need a hot tub and a massage.

Cuz if he'll write you 200 per week that's great, but very, very few will ever need that much. My script is also 200 per week but my doc knows I only run about 120 to 140 per week. He knows I don't want to be micromanaged by a pharmacy. I bank the rest. Amazing how quick you can stock up this way.

Remember, don't try to fool your doc. If he feels you are deceptive you'll have issues. TRT is about your long term health. What you do between doc appts is up to you.

Not too shabby for a pullback lift tonight. Very intense and no issues from the stomach, which is good. I really was hoping I wouldn't have to do the walk of shame back to the house.
Pretty much 1 work set to failure, drop weight, and another working set on most stuff.

    1 set of crunches
    Leg extensions- 2 w/u, Work1-19 reps. Work2-20 reps.
Hack squats- 3 w/u, Work1-7 reps. Work2-7 more good reps.
Reverse hacks- 1 w/u, Work- 8 strong reps.
Leg press- 1 w/u, Work1( feet wide)- 8 reps. Work2 (feet wide)- 9 reps. Work3 (feet narrow)- 11 reps. Work4(feet narrow)- 17 reps (total burn out on this one). Was dropping a bit of weight between each set.
    Leg curl- Work-14 reps.

42 minutes not including crunches. Calves will get hit on my squat day. Legs feel nicely full of blood and am a tad shaky.

    Glad you're feeling better AG.

My right glute is so fucking painful where I had my nebido shot. Not sure yesterday's leg workout helped and my lower back stretch after was agonising at the start.

Going to try rack pulls today. The only type of deadlifting I've done in the last 7 years is Romanian style and I feel like I am missing out. Pulling from the floor isn't an option with my lower back so I'm hopefull the rack version are ok.

Also core and cardio then work.

Your absolutely right, BIB! I tend to go into overdrive and then get burnt out! Yesterday's active test day was great... and I'm feeling another! I had already dozed back off, whereas I'm usually tearing to go!

Thx buddy I needed to hear that

Morning, gentlemen! Thanks for the well wishes and the thoughts on my lift. It felt soooo good to be back in my shop sweating, cussing, and moving weights.
LOL, I think my legs are currently about as strong as 2 soggy loaves of bread. Should get interesting in the next day or two!

    Morning Marcus!

Sounds like your doing a little priming(carb cycling) and slowly depleting those glycogen stores?! I know it's gonna be a lil fun and am real happy to see you in the mindset you always have! Gonna be fun to watch!

Great movement and great development in low back spreading up... and one can go pretty heavy on them - they'll be thrown in next back day for me, too! Wanted to do then this past wk but didn't want to have 7ex's for back lol

I don't know why but I seem to respond better to rice than simple carbs like dextrose. After a few low carb days, the wife will fix me a bowl of white rice with a little Splenda and man talk about a pump.

Sadly the lowest point for the racks in my gym are just above the knee cap whereas I prefer them just below. But as they are, essentially, a new exercise I'll do them at this height for a month or so and build the weight then find a way to get the bar at the right height. They felt good this morning though I didn't dare add any more than 220lbs this time around.

    Right, shower, food and work.

    Have a great day everyone

I hate simple carbs at any time now. I've reduced them hugely in my diet this year already. I use Vitargo post workout but give me basmati rice, wholewheat pasta, oats or potatoes and I am a happy man.

Sounds promising! I too, like the rack(bar) just below the knee! But since your starting back out with them I think it's actually smart to build up from where you are, firstly! Does your gym have a squat rack with the lil attachments for bar(usually for stiff legged deads)? They're usually right below my knee(I'm 5'10")?

Nah, I think my only chance to have the bar lower is to use a couple of steps from the step class but I'll worry about that later on.

Still amazes me that you can walk or sit down after that injection. Maybe you need to explain the difference between a caulking gun and a syringe to them. That had to leave a knot the size of a quail egg.

D-ribose is a type of sugar. Don't really recall the fancy chemical structure of it, but I take about 10g daily along with my citrulline and L-arginine?

Heading in for another active rest day.... BIB I may throw in some rack pulls myself - cardio and abs - report back in a lil while!

On a side note that bw I showed was a yr old they messed up! I went and picked up my new set of bw.... and these 3 things came up - Anisocytosis, macrocytosis, & hypochromia cane up do though my WTC was elevated(moreso than I thought - but I was sick and do not have a spleen) from what I've read it's my platelets and possible anemia that I may have - with platelets being underdeveloped and paler in color!

Also, my ALT/& AST were extremely elevated even on UDCA... so I got some NAC and will start at 2400-3000mgs/daily
AST - 154 - was taking dianna cut it a wk ago due to BP being high
    ALT - 75

Morning all. Fueling up right now. Still with monster DOMS - this bug didn't help; so just abs later. Jealous, my body does not like any carbs besides vegetables.

I was going to.mention glutathione injections or selenium therapy, but you've got so much going on, I hesitate to.mention it. Maybe just read up on it some, Nach. Be aware that there are negative sides associated with both although I think glutathione injections is the trickier process of the two.
I always take NAC and UDCA/TUDCA if on anything other than TRT, well for roughly the last year on the UDCA/TUDCA. NAC is a part of my daily supps.

Also, get my NAC (NOW Foods brand) on Amazon? Prime membership has spoiled me terribly.

I want to say UDCA requires a script but I may be way off base. Kel can tell you for sure. Also:

One more pullback lift then it's back to the major league stuff. Took time.to write up my next few lifts to help me stay focused, but now it's my bedtime.
Everyone enjoy your weekend and be safe. Weather here is just that old cool, rainy, dreary ass type of day, so my sleep should be optimum with a little help.

    Aye BIB construction

Lucky the bars in the squat rack go below the knee's, even when i did do deads from the floor i got it up then just went below the knee. I never went back to the floor, ALL back.
