Hey fellas just updating you all that I did actually have a sinus infection - first dr I saw said no - saw one today b/c it's gotten worse and is also in my chest and I am so tired I feel like major crap with very low energy - not like me... headaches turning migraine etc...
Hopefully once these antibiotics kick in I'll be gtg and can re-start my lil blast from my leftovers... been down for a wk(ish) but still been getting in roughly 3x wk not nearly enough since not combining proper muscle groups nor have the energy for it ATM!
Going and in for legs tomorrow! Can't wait

D as Cape said don't Ag anything but if you ordered full panels it may come back be ready for an answer you don't want that going into or on your insurance At all they will deny a shit load of stupid shit and blame it on the PEDs
Best of luck and keep us updated please

Good news not the heart. Labs came back good.
Bad news. Mass congestion in my inner ears causing major infection vertigo and messing with my central nervous symptom. Fever of 101 and want me to get rid of the congestion to feel better. They think I didn't get over my cold from last week. On vertigo medication. The infection should clear in a few days. I am not vomiting anymore, it was due to the dizziness. Scariest feeling. Never had that happen before. I The dr said the heart palpating was due from my central nervous system freakin out. Cause my brain wasn't able to send signals due to the congestion. Weirdest thing I have ever experienced. I however love the meds they gave me. Lots of relaxing meds

Went in with intentions for legs tonight.
Stretched and some core pt movements.
Got on leg extensions. Set in 70#, (which was I believe 4th slot, I used to get almost stack) did not feel good. Pain/tension down whole leg. Thinking it was too much weight maybe dropped to 45 same and then drop to 20-25 whatever it was. So basically figured out I can only straighten the leg about 30-40% from that seated position.
I ended up doing 3 sets at that partial ROM using my right leg for most the lifting but keeping left leg in motion.
Then decided to stop. Went to shoulders. Was thinking trying hams but figured write it up as a loss.
Decent shoulder day. Need a rest day / cardio day

It was the weirdest thing I have experienced, than hearing its from inner ear infection, I felt dumb. They said it's normal. The does weird things to cope.
My girlfriend had this once and she was down for a week flat on her back. It for sure f's with me.
At least I know my labs look good. I wanted them to check my liver to be safe.

You get scared too easily.
I wouldn't worry about liver either, I have been on 5mg winstrol for almost a year with no changes in bloodwork, unless abusing ibuprofen at one point.

This is great news D! Glad they just ran reg labs as well... never say anything about PEDs unless your life is in the line then come clean but don't do it outta paranoia - anxiety can make us do this very easily and I've almost been there myself - it gets scary
You'll be as good as new so take er' easy and ease back I k ow it's tough but you got this girl!

Sounds good to me brotha... send me a pm with what you'd have done with legs(hammies) and tell me what hurts the most and what doesn't - I'm good with working around injuries as you may know - but also in a good and professional way not just my theories at hand lol I'd love to help
My pops is losing is drive b/c they told him recently that he wouldn't be getting 'any' better which imho is fukin BS! He learned to walk when that was out of the question yet he can't get 'ANY' better or improve?? I'll see to that - they didn't even have a pool to do water aerobics the dumb fuks - pisses me off what drs do for $$$$

Of course my friend, I'll help in any way I can and I know coming off back surgery of any kind aqua aerobics are key as it takes all the pressure off your spine and joints to get those stabilizing muscles firing again without damaging them...
Look forward to hearing from you big guy!

Killed legs today. Went to the dungeon not really in the mood but it ended up going really well:
Extensions first (as always) 3 sets 15-20 reps
Verticals: 3 sets 12-15 reps nice and slow to avoid that upper-outside quad tightness thing
Squats: 2 heavy. First set was shooting for 15 but at 12 felt a wee niggle in my lower right back so I racked it. 2nd set went fine for 12. Form must have slacked for a moment or something.
Seated curls: 3 sets 12 ish reps nice and slow
Calf crap
Been stretching every little while to keep the stress off my low back.

Inner ear infections suck and don't resolve quickly for me. If you're not too far into your cycle, jump off until you are sure you are completely healthy, imho.
Glad you found out what I'd going on. Elevated BP will often occur when you feel like sh!t
Get better quickly! There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Lots of it. My right eardrum has a lot of scar tissue and for some reason it is the side that gets the worst. Stay off your feet within reason, hydrate, and take your meds. Personally, I wouldn't even plan to lift for ~ the next week.
The last time I had a bad ear infection, they loaded me up with too much antibiotics, I think. I got thrush which is just plain irritating at best; had to keep a bottle of Nystain syrup handy to keep the symptoms in control.
Also, others around me could hear stuff moving if I did the Valsalva trick to clear my ears. Made me feel awful run down, off balance, lightheaded at times.
If I remember correctly, they loaded me up with erythromycin. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Hey guys,
Long long time since I posted last nearly 4 months I think. I have skimmed through the thread as always some big mother fckers in here.
I have been insanely busy with work college etc all taking all of my time. I have 4 exams in the next 2 weeks after doing 6 months work in 3 months for 2 law modules and 2 maths modules.
Hope everyone is well in here.
Training is going well I squeeze it in as best I can but sometimes I don't get time ane just do what I can.

Speaking of ears, I go once per year to my doc to get them flushed out. This occured earlier this week. He looked at both, one was 50% blocked and the other 70% blocked. One flushed out and all the ear poop broke up and came out easily. He had to pull the plug out of the other one. No shit it was almost .5 inches long. Like an ear hemorrhoid. Best feeling when it's all out. Like having new ears.
Now that I grossed some of you out. Have a nice night!
