Seriously. It's cool to look back and remember where you came from. Tells you how far you've come and it's proof that people aren't born strong. They're made through busting their asses in the gym and kitchen. I couldn't get the 40's up when I first started lol. Omg I was so weak

Supposed to be in there for legs today. Sat in front of the gym for 15 mins before driving back home.
Feeling very tired and sluggish, cannot seem to snap out of it and I have chest pains when I breathe deep. Heart rate was way up this morning and got winded doing minor housework.
Today is not my day. Had to retreat, will return for battle tomorrow.

Sometimes igi, they are the best times to push through the tiredness. But then there is nothing worse than a shitty work out to put you in a foul mood.
I haven't been in 12 days cannot wait to go back as it was the end of a hiit training regime, heading back into it now again cant wait

Igi, feeling tired and sluggish, knowing today is "not your day" is one thing. Chest pains and high bp is another thing-something to keep a keen eye on. Take care of yourself, buddy.

I'm sure your delt will be fine. Haz. Ig, just take a break today and see how you feel tommorow. I've felt like shit and dropped a lot of weight the past two weeks. When I level back out I should put 10lbs on no problemo. Trained quads last night...mental focus is off

Great arm day today, have 2 question at end though
Close grip free weight
195x5 drop x 4
Straight set
Incline skulls
75x6
Over head Db
80x6
Reverse grip pull downs
110x5 RPx2 drop x 2
"small" straight bar still unsure of bar weight
25's each side x 6 RP x 2
Straight set
Incline curls
35x6
Hammers
40x6
Hammer preacher machine ISO one arm
45x6 drop x 2
Ok, these question are in regards to rep range. I have read marcus read on this and know what its about. But with Straight sets (as I had 2 different straights in this routine) is your total rep range going to be lets say 12 total for both excersises? Hope that makes sense
Other question is rep range on ISO movements.....would u tr to get to closer to the 12 then the lower of 6-8?

Classic symptoms of you know what... Not trying to freak you out but people have heart attacks all the time who don't even know they had one. Might be a good idea to go get an EKG. I have done that a few times in the past few years due to persistent symptoms like that. Even got a CT of my chest. AIW but not knowing and having those symptoms was actually making those symptoms worse. Anxiety can mimic heart attack symptoms. Heart attack going intreated or unnoticed is deadly.

thanks java for the link, will read now. BP was 152/68 sitting still which I'm not happy about. Very frustrating. Getting winded very easy, probably the tren but I'm pretty paranoid about my heart. Spoke about it recently on the aas board on a thread with docdoc..

68 is good you don't want 90 or above. Your worry about your heart will make pressure higher. Is this your first run with tren ?

Pulse pressure, the difference between systolic and diastolic, is bigger than normal, consistently, based on the numbers you've been posting. That's what concerns me. Yours is >80.
"A high pulse pressure may be a strong predictor of heart problems, especially for older adults. Generally, a pulse pressure greater than 40 mm Hg is abnormal. A pulse pressure lower than 40 may mean you have poor heart function, while a higher pulse pressure may mean your heart's valves are leaky (valve regurgitation).
The most important cause of elevated pulse pressure is stiffness of the aorta, the largest artery in the body. The stiffness may be due to high blood pressure or fatty deposits on the walls of the arteries (atherosclerosis). The greater your pulse pressure, the stiffer and more damaged the vessels are thought to be. "
Pulse pressure: An indicator of heart health? - MayoClinic.com
I'm starting to get worried about you. I've never run anything, including orals, that screwed my body up as much as tren . I'm not doing it ever again. Lipids, bp, liver enzymes, kidney function all need to be watched. There's probably some good reasons why it's not approved for human use by any country on earth.
