Great info in here! Hope you're feeling better soon. Same thing happened to me about 20 yrs ago. I had the priveledge of having a small scope inserted in my "member". Turned out to be an infection. Antibiotics and gone in a couple days-never to return. Scary, though. Good luck and thanks for showing me how pathetic I train.

    Wednesday: Chest
    Thursday: Legs
    Friday: Arms/abs.

I used to do full body workouts, and then I switched to upper and lower body splits. For the past year and a half, I have been doing these isolated splits.

Just saw this. Personally I would not drive to the gym just for shoulders. Have you thought of maybe combining them with back like I do? Then split your routine to 4 days. Mon-Tue, Wed off, Thurs-Fri. It will give you a rest day mid week which is also a mental break. If you're working "balls to the wall" then 5 days in a row is really hard. Think about it. Change is good.

Things are looking better, no blood at all now and the pain is slowly going. Going to go training today had 4 days off and lost a boat load of weight due to not eating right. I ate stuff what I haven't had for over 20 yrs lol must of been ill lmfao

Anyway my water intake in still high and things are flushing through.....

I will update how my training session goes later on

Just got back from shoulder and abs

My weight was 241lbs which is around 10 lbs down which isn't that bad because I thought I would of lost a lot more. Body looks very tight must of lost a lot of water weight because skin is tight. Strength is down but didn't do a bad workout.. Just a standard pyramid routine with 3 working sets to get some strength and feel back.

My water works are getting better still no blood in urine and its very clear, slight pain when I go but the pain is going. Taking in around 4 litres per day and flushing my system well.

swaping 10 lbs for better health is a good trade in my book. Good to read that you are healing!

I would suppose that you can use this to jumpstart your cut?.. Since you were up in the air as to if you were going to bulk.

I wont be doing anything yet until I am pushing he weights I want to and also train with the same intensity, once this comes back I will decide what to do but I would think I would start gaining some lbs now I am eating better and a lot cleaner........

Yes I am still waiting for my 180 to 250 rebound! I had a cough last week so I expect the rebound to be this week since I am eating clean again )

You need to prime the body mate for at least 8 weeks and then use an intense cycle to rebound into new growth

If you have to train two major muscle groups then that workout looks great AD, like your style

How is this kind of training working out for you?

Remember i used to switch between one exercise of back to failure, then one exercise of delt to failure. Then back again. Now i do all the delts to completion. Then all the back exercises. With this new way, i had to go about 30% lighter on my second exercise and maybe 40% lighter on my third, compared to my old way. So now i'm undecided. Is going heavier(my old way) the better way? Or is total exhaustion/fatigue (new way) better? Or should i switch back and forth every few wks?

ahhhh right remember now, yes stick with the new way it will be far more productive keeping the overload on the muscle group constantly. Give it some time and results will be very visible

you look great AD and I mean that for the amount of time you been training you have built some serious muscle on that frame but I do feel keeping the over load and intensity on the muscle group being worked will give you more gains,

AD if thats you in your avi, you have some serious mass, I'd love to just get were you are and I'm busting ass as much as possible to get the best gains I can. You are clearly doing the same.

I like you noticed a slight drop in weight in some exercises but others I've gained a lot more strength so it will all even out man eventually. Keep on hitting the gym hard and you won't look back, I certainly haven't I am more focused than ever to achieve the goals I have set out for myself etc

Thanks man. I took that pic a couple wks ago in the locker room after a brutal chest and back day. I was fully pumped everywhere. Thats why the pic looked half decent.

And you're right. Can't slow down before we reach our goals. And the goal is to look like marcus and kel! Lol.

No bother at all. Good man looking big to be fair. Lol I think we have a long and hard road to catch up with the lads but we will get there just by being consistent and working through the pain and there will be set backs but once you learn adjust its all good
