    Nach question for you. You said if your weight has has stalled on cycle then your growth window has closed? Why wouldn't you just up your cals to keep it open?

    Might be a dumb question? Or the dumb question could be not asking the question at all.

    What's safe for you or anyone else = how long is a piece of string but for thing is for sure longer cycles aren't the answer if they were I would be 500lbs+ at 5% bf.     I know something which is easy to see around the BB world and that's to many people are cycling to often and with to much that's for sure and they are not concentrating on training like we do in here and the diets.     I did one 5 yrs spell within the last 20 yrs without cycling at all, this is when I was going through low T, I lost a lot of tissue but I still turned some head but the first 18 months were bad then I started to gain again naturally. Ive got some pics of me then around 3 yrs in without any gear, will post it up.

    Just got back from fasted cardio nothing major slow pace. Did some forearm work also, stretched and and got out. Going to crush some food this afternoon. Love this sh*t. LOL...

    Just want to get bigger!!! My wife said I was getting to big I laughed and said no such thing. The bigger I am the small these people are. She laughed.

    Well when your already eating in a surplus it really won't make a difference - I started to lose weight so that made me realize it was over... Most grow the most w/in 8 wks and after that I've noticed it's more leaning out with the added strength!

    Upping cals doesn't necessarily mean your re-opening up a growth window... Hence the talks about the shorter 6wk blasts(or cycles)... I'm learning with HIT 12+ wks is almost too hard to do TRUE HIT IMHO! We're all different but when I run short esters which I prefer - I won't go past 8wks anymore -- and next yr I'm shooting for 5-6wk cycles - then pre-cycle prime into another growth window then back at it(note it may take more than time on to get or re-open that window... Just my experiences thus far

    So I had a great session yesterday and thought I was losing size but I don't think that is the case - I may be leaner...

    Arms -- PULLBACK still
    Bis
    DB alt curls
    2warm up sets - 1w 5 drop 4 drop 2-3

    Incline curls**new weight**
    Warm up 1feeler 1w 8 drop 4-5 + partials

    Preachers off back of incline
    1w 6(2forced into neg) drop 4(2forced into neg) Hells yeah fvkin arms exploded

    CG Cables
    1w 8+RP/1.5
    Tris
    CG Bench Smith
    2warm ups 2feelers(kept it lighter 335) 1w 8 drop(same weight) 4-5 burned out w/225

    Lying DB ext behind head slow
    2w 8/5 drop 3

    V-grip pushdownsstrong on these
    Stack - 10+ again 4(no break)

    One hand rev cable pushdowns

    you must have some pretty good genetics brother. No matter how hard I train and diet there is no way I could eat ice cream every night and stay at 12% good job man

    Yea I agree with you. I only do it like this really twice a year Thanksgiving and Christmas. I was over do it and I know I do. But hopefully it will help me out tomorrow at the gym. Or thats what I am telling myself.

    I like it... Gain as much size as possible - gonna be fun!! Plus, no cardio etc at this point is great at 12% and abs/veins poppin(I still haven't don't hardly any cardio while lean bulking) but it'll be sick when you do - your gonna look nasty below 10) geez! Haha
