Just got back from fasted cardio nothing major slow pace. Did some forearm work also, stretched and and got out. Going to crush some food this afternoon. Love this sh*t. LOL...
Just want to get bigger!!! My wife said I was getting to big I laughed and said no such thing. The bigger I am the small these people are. She laughed.

Well when your already eating in a surplus it really won't make a difference - I started to lose weight so that made me realize it was over... Most grow the most w/in 8 wks and after that I've noticed it's more leaning out with the added strength!
Upping cals doesn't necessarily mean your re-opening up a growth window... Hence the talks about the shorter 6wk blasts(or cycles)... I'm learning with HIT 12+ wks is almost too hard to do TRUE HIT IMHO! We're all different but when I run short esters which I prefer - I won't go past 8wks anymore -- and next yr I'm shooting for 5-6wk cycles - then pre-cycle prime into another growth window then back at it(note it may take more than time on to get or re-open that window... Just my experiences thus far

I like it... Gain as much size as possible - gonna be fun!! Plus, no cardio etc at this point is great at 12% and abs/veins poppin(I still haven't don't hardly any cardio while lean bulking) but it'll be sick when you do - your gonna look nasty below 10) geez!
