The IFBB pro I'm friends with drinks diet soda daily. Hardly any water..... I've told him a million times to just drink water but he doesn't. Diet soda and iced tea are his goto's..... And he's 300lbs with abs

Whew, got my mind to a good place tonight. Was extremely aware of all movements, contractions, etc. Loving this cooler weather.
Seated d'bell curls- 2 ww/u, Work-5,drop,3,drop,3+,drop, 3+ - 2+reps.
Incline alt. d'bell curls- 2 w/u, Work-5,drop,2+,drop,4+ - 2+ reps.
Preacher curls- Work-4+,drop,2+,drop,3+ reps and 5 cheat reps w/ very slow neg.
Close grip cable curls- Work-7
Close grip Smythe press- 2 w/u, Work-11, drop, 6. Will bump this one a tad next time for sure.
Triceps press down w/ rope- 1 w/u, Work-6+, drop,4+,drop,5+ reps.
D'bell skulls- Work-5,drop,3+,drop,3+.
Biceps stretch off a high bar in Smythe machine for a long 30 count.
Arms pumped up really well tonight. When I was doing the CG cable curls, I was thinking I should keep drop setting until I had almost nothing on the pegs. Got a nice mental picture of the skin over my biceps rupturing open like a ripe fig.
40 minutes total.There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Arms are nice and sore(2 days later - that's newer) I like! Chest today... Feeling pretty damn good... on the way back up!

Clocking in on this Monday morning. Shoulders still sore from Saturday. Going to hit chest today its going to be a short week because of the holiday. Still going to try and hit every body part. All that food I ate last night I am going to put it to work today hopefully. I will let you know how it goes. It need to be a great session. Hell every session needs to be great.

2nd meal of the day is about to go in and then I'm going to put my feet up for an hour before I have to meet with Ian. I'm expecting today to be the best training session I've had all year.
My fiancé can't go which sucks because I won't have anyone to take pictures. I may be able to have one of the trainers take one after the session tho.

Sounds awesome brotha! We're all excited as well! Oh btw - on arms I implemented taking my thumb off for rev pushdowns - I was much stronger too! Even with short straight bar pushdowns I rolled my thumb on top w/4 fingers and concentrated on the eccentric part of movement better and more power/strength w/the pushdowns, as well!
