Ate some bread and garlic knots this weekend. Sucked, it took so long to get to the restaurant sat I was starving and couldn't help myself. I have sugar close to very good, I just have to cut it down in my tea's. I crave sugar so much, so hard for me to give up but Im trying hard. Cutting going well.

Good morning fellas!!
Going to tske the rest of the week off and catch up from vacation. I have a lot to clean up from xmas and a lot of work stuff to catch up on. My body is starting to feel good though. This is my last week of running my adex then I will drop it and wait for 5 to 6 weeks and pull BW.
I was very happy with the cycle until I got hurt. So that hurt the results a little but over all I think it was a successful cycle.

Hi guys well after greeting like a wee bairn because i could not get to the gym for two days. I never got there yesterday either when it opened ffs lol.
Life got a bit mad yesterday so anyway just got back from a shoulder/trap session and i took my anger out on that.
Seated db side raises 1 working+rp DD
Wee niggle here
Standing db side raises 1 working 1 drop
Rev db fly 1 working 1 drop
Seated db press 1 working 1 drop **new weight**
Cable rev fly 2 sets
BB shrugs 1 working 1 drop. **new weight**
Behind back shrugs 1 working DD
cardio 10min and done.
Right, db press i was flying through the bells upto where i got last wk then i did about 5 easy so said fvck it lets go for it. I was a bit pissed off anyway and there was a couple of old yins on the bech next to me and they were getting on ma tits too close to me.
So i got the db sat with them on my knees eyes closed thinking of all you big fvcker shouting get them up ya wee cvnt so her goes.
I got the two right up got sorted and then repped it out honest guys i don't even know how many i got i was just staring and the Roof till i had failed no more than 5-6.
I can remember thinking that old yin better move his fvcking foot because when i fail these bells are getting dropped haha.
Then went into the drop fvck that felt a lot heavier that the working lol.
New weight on the shrugs i thought it was piss i never really felt it right so i think i'll drop back down next wk. No point putting weight on and it's not working the muscle.
I don't know what it was it just never really hit the traps.
Anyway goid session fellas and that's me back to work the mora i've had two wk's off and i enjoyed them.
I 'll catch up on the thread the night i'm going to see my wee girls the now.

So I thought my leg w/o was pretty mild but knew my calves would hurt(& It wasn't even the real calve w/o that was posted)... Well, it seems I worked the legs rather well! Hips opened up nicely, was able to get very deep in the seat, as well! Oh... And whatever I did with my calves - I'm not fvkin walkin' to well definitely need to roll em(my toes don't want to move in the direction up at all) lol

My calves continue to get more painful as the day goes on... I went back and checked my book... So I did my first set and working weight was too heavy(for that workout by A LOT) lol - so I did 16reps(double bounce) then 25 body weights
Second set(30s later dumb should've took longer) reduced weight(by about 40%) 14reps than 20 body weights(these hurt just as bad as i hit rep 10(my mind wasn't even close to being right - as I started thinking about my leg w/o) usually it warms me up which it did but in a much more painful way(Id finish with them next time) lol - then Since I didn't actually complete the w/o I did another set w/same weight 30s later and got 10 and called it good on calves
The tendon? behind the knee is wound up very tight I keep stretching it(ouch)... Definitely harder to walk now than 4 hrs ago haha

Finally 95% back lol.
Still have the sinus and small lingering cough...plus is cold here in so fla (60s lmao) so not helping the sinus.
Shoulders tonight and it was a good session...finally back.
Seated bb press 2w dd
Reverse hammer strength 2 w
Seated dB lateral 2w one drop
Rope pulls
Straight set of behind back cable into front raises.
Hammer shrugs.
Felt great!
CAT scan Wednesday and if all comes back well, ordering up and should be starting soon for next blast.

Hello big boys, I am on page 100 of 3000+ of this thread.
I have been doing HIT the past 2-3 weeks and I love it.
I have a few questions
1. I finish my workout in 35-40 minutes. I do 1 working set to failure. Should I do 2 sets to failure? I feel I am shying away from hardwork by spending less time in the gym.
2. I don't have a training partner so I drop weight until my body can't handle it. Sometimes I drop weight weight 4-5 times (2-6 reps). Is that too much?
3. Sometimes it's very hard to get to another set/exercise within 60 seconds. Body gets so tired that it's almost impossible to lift more. I have been sticking to the 60 second rest rule but I have to lift light. Should I continue to lift light or rest a little longer?

1). If you truly hit failure you wouldn't have anything left for the second set. Maybe 1-2 reps max.
2). I lift alone @ home and have run into the same problem. I found that I needed to push harder via partials on the heavier weights or even a rest pause and go at the heavier weight, and then drop set.
