I swear if you were in the U.S I would really be interested in having some personal training sets as the caliper of your knowledge and success with developing the body as whole is remarkable. I wouldn't care if I had to pay $500.00 an hour because some training with you far outweighs book fees and bills.
I'd probably be in the intensive care unit for 6 months after 15 minutes into the warm up.

I don't know your level but I can assure you that you would be in serious pain and probably need help after the session, that's if you finished it and if you did finish it without failing on what I told you I would do it for free. I do sound cocky don't I? but I hope its doesn't come across like that its passion I have inside of me and I know what failure is and if you read back over the last 2-3 pages you will see Haz who is a long term advance lifter as just noticed what true failure is after 12 yrs.
Would be nice though for aload of us to meet up and train for a week, I have been to the States many times and once I went on a training holiday to Vegas to train in Golds for a week which was nice. But if one day we could arrange something like this don't take the piss out of my accent and don't be offended if I call you cvnts all the time

I would love for us all to meet up and train. If I didn't make it through the workout. One thing will be for sure someone will have to carry my ass out.I don' think I would train any different sure it would be hard because guys like you there pushing us. That would be so much fun Marcus if this was to every come true. Think of how much people would learn.
Talked to Haz and watched that video that was crazy. Plus like you said he is already an advanced lifter.Last edited by Bodacious; 11-26-2015 at 07:42 AM.

I don't ever get the vibe of cockiness, but I can tell you are someone who says it bluntly and straight to the point. There is a big difference between just being confident in your ability to the core and being a cockgoblin.
I really don't even know where my level is at, but I'm sure I would completely and utterly fail before the workout is over with. I don't really have too much to compare myself to, but I've noticed I have a really favorable musculature I think.
Obviously, being 6' 4'' and 180+lbs isn't shit at all, but I guess I'm proportionate or else I'd really look like something else. Believe it or not, but I have a 29''-30'' waist so I always foreshadowed my development to be something more Golden Age V-tape aesthetics.
Thank god that you can write in legible sentences on your guides as I have had the unlucky encounters with someone offering great advice, but he substituted his keyboard for a potato.
On a random note... have you seen the Lee Priest videos on YouTube under Sam's Fitness Equipment I believe? That guy is a complete brick house, but when I tried to watch some of his seminars he was the complete polar opposite to what you favor and advocate yet he was massive! Just one of those genetic anomalies?

Even if you did sound cocky to someone who cares because they wouldn't say it to your face with how you present yourself. Nothing wrong with alpha pack mentality as it's needed sometimes in the moments when your knee deep in beta bitches and socially nonconforming conformists hipsters.

Thanks for telling me I don't come across cocky cvnt because its been said a few times to me and remember there is not one things or style what suits all, I truly believe in my methods and my own stance on HIT I will defend it to the end but I wont ever say its for everyone because not everyone can do pure HIT and other methods are better for them.
Keep doing what your doing but one thing I will say is - once I was a very skinny teenager what would make you laugh and I set about a journey to produce the biggest freak head turner around here and I did it, maybe I am on the down slide these days but I made a mountain out of a mole hill once lol
Keep on it and your positivity is priceless which will drive you to be the best you can

Hahaha wow. Don't feel too bad though because I sound like a country cornflake and considering I live in the methamphetamine capital of the world, I'm pretty sure my teeth are just going to naturally fall out in the next few months as a show of consolidarity to where I reside.

I'm just at the stage of being overly ecstatic in what could possibly come, but at the same time utterly lost as going outside my comfort zone has been pretty much what I usually avoid for the majority of life. Heh that's comical you said I was positive with my tone because I know I type in a ridiculous fashion and I'm sure come off as a lunatic.. In real life I usually don't even speak unless spoken to. For some odd reason I just speak e-mails into my keyboard and it's a bad habit.
I'll figure out a way to send it to you when I'm finished, but my OCD led me to crafting a mini guide from your writings to help keep me organized so I don't have to consistently sift through for that one empowering statement or variable I need to address. I literally sit and read this section with a smirk on my face if that means anything to you.Last edited by Splifton; 11-26-2015 at 08:16 AM.

I'm not trying to infatuate my regards to your little educational provision, but it speaks to me when most things don't. I've even kept the thought in my mind in transitioning to a more simplistic carb cycling approach and go with what I see, but I've just done scales and diet/workout journals from the start. Maybe in time it will just end up how you mentioned in that after a decade and more with weighing your food you acquire the power of accurately eye balling food from appearance.
Before I become annoying I'd just want to shoot for a goal to where I can train for the length of time you've been at this and go to work in the gym with that same do-or-die mentality. I've been one to fall victim to frustrations because I expect instantaneous results. Live and learn! Thanks for taking time to respond even if it's just pointing out that I incorrectly read these posts. At least you try! lol.
Gave me more motivation after you told me you too were once a victim of being a skinny punk. I've gotten up from 160's at 18 to 180's at 23, but I would consider my time actually lifting weights to be a little under two years give or take. Didn't pick one up until 3 years after graduation.Last edited by Splifton; 11-26-2015 at 08:40 AM.

Rear delts (reverse peck deck)
Dumbbell side laterals w/super set dumbbell shrugs
Good work out, did all pull downs last week for back and all presses for shoulders so I switched it up. Back is a little sore, took a soma and a proxy before bed, slept like a baby.

The power I now generate out of the hole squatting is unreal. With benching it actually helped my shoulder, I start out locked and stiffer so theres less stabilizing muscle usage. Last thing I need to get straight is my foot placement when benching, I havent found where Im comfortable and generating max push.

I don't bench anymore BG but when I was a big bencher my best foot placing was just behind the knee and then I would push down with the feet which would transfer through the quads to help arch the back and dig the shoulders into the bench. This was my best position but it all depends on your body and leverage which is best at transfer the power through the whole body.
-
This is my best foot placement by far... If your quads/& hams aren't too tight it's less space between your chest and bar... Keeping it short as possible w/maximum leg drive... This is how I've become comfortable w/BB or incline smith BG!
Well said Marcus regarding the shoulder blades & arch! this is the most common theme broken imo

Thx but if I've only been here 8+ months now think about how much room there is to grow!! In all aspects of HIT(true failure being the fvkin key) which I know I'm close and doing everything I can to get to THAT point! There's talking about it and being about it! I want to know I'm doing the latter!

If I got through to to people in a positive way than that makes me happy!! It's all about sharing this passion imho... It brings us together in ways others(normal avg people just don't get - hell even some who do lift) others couldnt and could never do the things that are spoke about in here!

OK, have a spare moment, I hope. LOL, been very busy. I'll post up my lift and throw a couple of times relating how far I was into my lift. I really am pushing intensity as hard as I can and hope.to translate it into strength and gains with time.
2 set of crunches.
Then I started my clock for my lift.
WG pulldown w/ overhand grip- 2 w/u, Work- 9+ reps-2+ reps-2+ reps. 10 count neg on partials.
Parallel grip pulldown- 1 w/u, Work-7,drop,3+,drop,3+. 10 count neg. on last partial.
Straightjacket stretches. At this point I'm 14 minutes into my lift and have my cable setup for low pulley rows.
Tbar rows- 1 w/u, Work-6-3, drop,4+ reps.
D'bell rows off of a flat bench- 10 good moderately heavy reps/ side.
Low pulley rows- Work-9-4-2+ reps. 10 count neg on last partial. At this point I'm 29 minutes into my lift.
Hypers- 1 set
Deads- 1 ww/u, Work1-11 good reps. Drop off a plate/side. Work2- 9 reps.
39 minutes not including the crunches at the beginning but stripped plates and stored the bells. It took me over 3.5 hours after my shower post-lift before I stopped sweating.Last edited by almostgone; 11-26-2015 at 11:22 AM.
