Hey fellas just got back from doing some fasted cardio. I woke up this morning with something wrong with my left shoulder nothing major. I don't think. I am going to see a sports message person today. Hopefully he will take care of it. Chest is nice and tight back is still sore. Good week so far.

Did bi's the night and it went great
Standing db curl 1 working 1 drop. **new weight**
Incline db curl 1 working 1 drop. **new weight**
Db preacher 1 working 3 forced 4 neg a side , back of bench
Wrist curls 2 sets high reps
Hammer curls 1 working DD. Cable rope att
Cable curls 1 working DD. Straight bar wg
Cardio 20min and done.
As i said guys it was a good session i felt really weak at the start and i did say to myself before i started take it easy but once you start and your in there fvck that who wants to be a cvnt playing with wee fvcking weight lol.
I'm back to good health and i'm six wks in and feeling fvcking strong and big and am gunning for new weight.

Back and triceps today
I don't have a lot of time but I'll say this. My rows are pretty strong and my lats are wide. My back is decent. Today while doing rows Ian came over and offered a tip. My feet were too wide and it was shortening my range of motion. I put my feet together and brought the bar down to mid shin and then row'd with 285 - underhand grip. What a difference! My lats had a full stretch and full contraction. This alone is going to make a huge difference!
Then on triceps he took my thumb out of the grip for the underhand pull downs. This forces ur four fingers to apply pressure equally and really hits the belly of the tricep. Again..... Made a huge difference. I'm really excited for Monday but don't want to wish my vacation away lol

That's awesome haz. Definitely will try to implement the rows.
The tris I've always took the thumb out of most excersises I do. Wasn't sure if it was right or not honestly lol.
Side note ..at the hospital again :/. Might be an all night er thos time. Really hoping not.

DELTS/traps pullback
Stretching RC ex's abs -- no Pressing today(RC's and R shoulder in pain and no smith at work.
1. DB side laterals
Warm up 1w Drop higher end reps(6-10)
2. Rev grip front raises
2w to failure higher end reps(8-12)
3. Rev flies
2w higher end reps focusing on squeeze and holding it for 3+sec
4. Shrugs
Behind back 1w
Reg 1w
DB 100s to 70s by 5lbs holding all reps for 3-5sec
Weights done in 22min fast intense and to the Fvkin point!

Well we are out. She went in with 150/92 bp.
By the time I got there though it was down to 134/77....same thing happened last tme.
Few test...passed all but one thing was high...I believe called uric acid??
Either way...no work for either of us tomorrow. But will be spent collecting her urine for 24 hrs then rushed back to hospital saturday morning.....fun.

Did back tonight well fck me it was intense. Was late due to chatting to my buddy who owns the lock up I leave my car in. Which only made me push harder than ever.
Im just going to post the order of my exercises, I started with rack pulls hit a good weight for 2 sets a double drop. Then into bb rows these were fcking tough but powered through, then t bar roads these where the worst really pushed hard on these, then I tried a new exercise a friend of mine does who has an amazingly wide back using the dual cable pulleys you kneel down with a cable in each hand and pull them towards you sqeezing the fck outta your lats it is very very good.
Finished on hypers my back is fcking numb some food now and relax a bit first then bed.

Stopped by the Dr. office got my shot and ran a couple of errands this morning. Came home and slept like a dead man. Arms tomorrow evening.

Chest this morning
Did something different
pre exhaust superset
DB incline flyes into incline DB press
3 warm up sets
1 working set but not to failure
DB flat flyes into flat DB press
2 feel sets
1 working set but not to failure
Pull inside my rib cage is doing better, its more around the back just on my lat so had Mrs Marcus walk up and down my back trying to release some muscle tension and in all honesty I love high heels over my back anyway.
RC feels ok today -strange
Gym tomorrow and Sunday
