Just figured i might as well finish it and make it a full day.

Which worked for the better because my weight loss had stalled the past few days. I’m down to 204.4 at the moment but was 207 this morning when I woke up at 6am. Measured my blood ketones before I ate and I was deep into ketosis. That’s the highest blood ketone number I’ve registered yet.

Lol, I have measured mine as low as 42! Have had zero blood sugar issues since I've been dieting hard. Before, I would generally have low bs at least once a day

I'd recommend you at least run Clen during this time (4 weeks on 1 off or something similar). It will help you lose body fat as we all know but it also has some anti-catabolic properties so it will help you hold on to some muscle while dieting and not being on AAS

Gear came today. Freaked out when I saw the box but it was all intact. They messed up 2 items but have already replied and said the right stuff would ship tomorrow. If I was not sick I would have already pinned it

Yea, I'm gonna stay on t3, and was still planning to get on clen at the 6 weeks mark. Didn't think about the clen helping to retain muscle. I've been taking tren e, last pinned yesterday, so I'll wait and start the clen next week

true, low blood sugar has zero effect on your brain. heck you could pin 20iu of insulin right now and eat zero carbs and be perfectly finecause your brain is running on ketones and not sugar. anybody else that did that would go hypo and pass out.

That’s a thing? By the time I’m nearing the end, I’m honestly ready to stop pinning. I hate it.

Told the wife I'm stopping my cycle, she said good, that stuff makes you ill. I said no, steroids don't make me ill, it's your fucking nagging that makes me ill. They just intensify the illness. Lol

In my short exp it is. I've always get bad withdrawal when off. Imo it's best to taper off dosage if prone to.

Nope, doing this weekly with my TRT is killing me. No way i could daily or EOD. I really want to get on Test UD but my Doc doesn’t write for it.

This week I am working on seeing what exercises I can do without stirring up chaos on my back. What type of routine would you recommend? I am presntly low weight and trying to go time under tension to not use too much weight and make sure that I am moving the weight smoothly.
I would like to try HIT but the reps are a little low and I am afraid of too much weight making it worse. I also cannot move very fast for supersets.
Please everyone give me your ideas.... Come on Diesel, I expect you to give advice too. LOL

With HIT you push yourself so hard you wont have anything left to try and think of not straining your back. How about 20+ reps, slow negative, squeeze at the top. Use machines or cables so that only the muscle you are using has to be active, everything else rested. Not the best mass builders but will probably more than help maintain.

Heavy training today. I still can not get IF to really work for me. I get really nauseous in the morning just having water and today I ended up puking pretty hard right after training. Not sure I want to continue that part of the protocol. I'll evaluate on week three I think.

    Barbell Cycling
    AMRAP 4:00:
    9 Power Snatches - 44kg
    15 Thrusters - 44kg
    21 Power Cleans - 44kg
Time remaining: Max Overhead Squats - 44kg

    Conditioning
    3 x 5:00 on / 5:00 off:
100 Double Under Buy-In, followed by AMRAP:
    Round 1: 12 Front Squats - 44kg, 4 Burpee Box Jump Overs - 30"
    Round 2: 8 Front Squats - 52kg, 4 Burpee Box Jump Overs - 30"
    Round 3: 4 Front Squats - 62kg, 4 Burpee Box Jump Overs - 30"

    Accessory Work
    3 Sets:
    12 Romanian Deadlifts - 80kg
    12 Barbell Rows - 60kg
    40 Banded Pull-Aparts

    Row Recovery
    5,000m Easy Row

    Gymnastics
    Accumulate 1-minute
    L-Sit
    Front lever
    Frog tuck

    Today's Lunch

    Today's Lunch

I have a hard time getting to 16 hours on IF. I get hungry at night a lot. Yesterday though I did get a 24 hour fast in and felt pretty good. Thought about going a full 36 but figured it wouldn’t be good for muscle mass preservation. I’ve been playing around with timing to so I can get up in the mornings and it not be to long before my 16 hours is up.

If you were younger you could just sleep 16 hours. That counts.

That’s kinda what I did yesterday. Shoveled snow to keep my mind of eating then took a nap to kill the headache I had. Lol

Glad we didn't get snow. It's just ass cold here. I lived up north and the 3 winter I said fuck it and moved back south. First time I ever messed my back up was shoveling snow

I'm thinking since I'm pretty much only going to be doing cardio for a little while, I will be fasting in the am. This will work well since I'm taking hgh frag and will be doing my cardio in the mornings. I usually don't eat after 7pm, and I usually eat lunch at 11:30, so this will be little over 16hrs

Find a class with yoga pants! You will see how bad your cardio is next to the ladies. And the motivation is awesome, when you have to rest the view is awesome.

Fvck me, it’s 17 down here today! I don’t think it’s been this cold down here since I’ve been alive.

    Pissed some excellence this AM!

    Today:

8 sets 10 reps single glute isolation, each leg
5 sets 10 reps chest fly machine
6 sets 10 reps leg extensions
5 sets 10 reps vertical row machine

    Done!
