    oh damn, that’s pretty bad. Only thing I really get is my ankles swell up sometimes and my hands fall asleep alot

    Ment caused no water retention in me but I have been doing heavy catabolic shit. Not been training close to what you are.

    I thought hgh cased heavy rentention in you?

    Started at 4 and progressed to 6. I had a situation where I started HGh 2 weeks from a comp. 5 days out, I put on 8 lbs of water. That was fucked!! I came close to pulling out of the comp.

    You just need to increase your Tren to get rid of the extra water. You can confirm with OBS

    I did chest today. Wrists were killing me with straps.
    I need GH to get out the voodoo doll and fix the water. Taking out the MK677, HGH, lowering test, taking Nolva and halo is not helping yet.
    Knees feel better but wrists are fucked.

    Fingernails keep bugging the shot out of me. They just keep growing. I think that I have clipped them already this cycle more times than all of last year.
    I officiated last night and I was able to move like a normal human being. I was criticized and told I am going too fast and I needed to slow down. The day I could hardly move, I was praised because I slowed things down.
    Legs today- game tonight under the lights.
    Since I stopped MK677- I have lost some weight. I was hovering around 240 now I am 234.4.

    I’m not happy with the water retention I have lost some, but Inthink the ment is causing it.
    I am no longer gaining like before and I guess I just have to deal with the water.
    I’m down to 231.9.
    I am taking my normal protocol unless GH instructs differently.
    My freaking wrist is killing me and holding back on the bench.
    I was making great gains. I need to optimize while I can.
