The 2020 election explained in simplest terms. More than worth 17 minutes of your life.

My name is Tom Klingenstein. I am the chair of the board of the Claremont Institute which is a conservative think tank, managing partner of a New York investment firm and playwright.

I wish to make three points. First, Trump is the perfect man for these times, not all times, perhaps not most times, but these times. Second, Republicans are not doing a good job explaining the stakes in this election. They must explain, and this is my third point, that the Democratic Party, which has been taken by its radical wing, is leading a revolution. This makes the coming election the most important one since the election of 1860. Let’s begin there.

Unlike most elections, this one is much more than a contest over particular policies—like health care or taxes. Rather, like the election of 1860, this election is a contest between two competing regimes, or ways of life. Two ways of life that cannot exist peacefully together.

One way of life, I’ll call it “the traditional American way of life,” is based on individual rights, the rule of law, and a shared understanding of the common good. This way of life values hard work, self-reliance, volunteerism, patriotism, and so on.

In this way of life there are no hyphenated Americans. We are all just Americans. Colorblindness is our aspiration.

The other way of life I call multiculturalism. Others call it “identity politics” or “cultural Marxism” or “Intersectionality”.

The multicultural movement, which has taken over the Democratic party, is a revolutionary movement. I do not mean a metaphorical revolution. It is not like a revolution; it is a revolution, an attempt to overthrow the American Founding as President Trump said in his excellent Mt. Rushmore speech. Republicans should say the same thing. Republicans everywhere, at every level, and at every opportunity.

Multiculturalism conceives of society, not as a community of individuals with equal rights but as a collection of cultural identity groups—defined by race, ethnicity, gender, and so forth. According to the multiculturalists, all these identity groups are oppressed by white males.

Their goal is to have each identity group proportionally represented in all institutions of American society. As should be immediately clear, achieving this proportional representation requires a never-ending redistribution of wealth and power from some groups—and not just from whites—to other groups. Such a massive redistribution can only be achieved by a tyrannical government and like in all tyrannies, one where dissenters are silenced.

In order to achieve this proportional representation, the Democrats require not just endless affirmative action but genuine socialism, open borders, unrestricted trade, seizing guns, sanctuary cities, and much more.

The Black Lives Matter/Democrats understand (which Republicans seem not to), that if they are to achieve this policy agenda they must get Americans to change their values, their principles, and the way they understand themselves.

They must get us to believe that national borders and colorblindness are racist; that we are not one culture but many; that the most important thing in our history—the thing around which all else pivots—is slavery. More broadly, the multiculturalists must get us to believe that we are unworthy—not just that we have sinned (which of course we have)—but that we are irredeemably sinful, or, in the language of today, “systemically racist.” And sexist, homophobic, Islamophobic and all the other “ists” and phobias. Simply put, multiculturalism must get us to believe we are bad

This suggests one way to frame the coming election: as a contest between a man, Trump, who believes America is good and a man, Biden, who is controlled by a movement that believes America is bad. I do not think it is any more complicated than that.

For the multiculturalist to change traditional values and principles they must destroy, or radically restructure, the institutions that teach those values and principles. The most important of these institutions is family, but also very important is religion, education (which they have mostly destroyed already) and community life, replacing the latter with government bureaucrats. It is here—in these value-teaching institutions—that we see the underpinnings of the Revolution. This is where the real action is. Republicans seem to be missing in action.

Republicans need to explain that BLM and their Democratic enablers wish to destroy the traditional mother-father family. To substantiate this claim, Republicans have only to point to the BLM mission statement. The mission statement, written by avowed Marxists, also lets us know that BLM holds transgenderism to be the burning issue of our time.

Republicans must also explain that religion, because it teaches American values, is also on the chopping block.

Republicans also must make American see that the taking down of statues is not about removing a few confederate generals; it’s about destroying America’s past, as is the New York Times 1619 Project. The rioters, and their BLM-Democrats enablers, are tearing down the statues even of people like Frederick Douglass who fought against slavery. This is not an accident. It is not collateral damage. Frederick Douglass was a great American. He believed that America in her soul was not racist. He believed in hard work and self-reliance. And because of his embrace of American values the BLM-Democrats have to get rid of him.

They must also get rid of Abraham Lincoln, for it is he who best explains what we should aspire to. And it is he who is the best defender of the American Founding. In one sense, this election is a referendum on the Founding. Whether America was founded in 1619, as the BLM-Democrats contend, or, in 1776 as Lincoln, and, until recently, all Americans believed.

Republicans must make more of political correctness and cancel culture, which, as we have seen so vividly of late, brutally punishes apostates.

Who does Twitter think it is, censoring an American president? Republicans simply cannot stand for that.

And Republicans must explain, as I earlier explained, that the multiculturalists are trying to get us to believe that we are systemically racist so that we will surrender to their policy agenda. This too must not be allowed to stand. The American people need to hear what they know in their hearts: they are not racists. Republicans should stand up and say, “no, America is not racist.” Period.

If Americans are systemically anything, it is a systemic commitment to freedom and equal rights for all.

Perhaps most importantly, Republicans must say over and over that America is “incredible,” to use President Trump’s adjective of choice. They must remind the American people that, as a friend of mine is fond of saying, America has brought more freedom and more prosperity to more people than any country in the history of mankind. Most Americans know this, but this too they need to hear from their leaders.

    ***

In order to make the case that the Democrats are leading a revolution, Republicans must delegitimize Black Lives Matter—the organization, of course, not the sentiment. To BLM and their Democratic enablers, Republicans must say: “Absolutely, black lives matter. They just don’t matter to you. You don’t care about Mr. Floyd, the black businesses you have destroyed, the blacks who are getting killed because you have forced the police to back off. You’re here for destruction. Not black lives, not any lives.”

After delegitimizing Black Lives Matter, the next step for Republicans is to tie BLM’s revolutionary agenda around the necks of Democrats.

The BLM wing of the Democratic party has captured the entire party. Run-of-the-mill Democrats may not agree with all of the BLM agenda but they go-along, so they might as well agree. Joe Biden is one of the go-along Democrats.

So do not expect all Democrats to sing the BLM tune; even so, most will kneel before them.

Listen to Biden. On one occasion Biden said, “Let’s be clear, transgender equality is the civil rights issue of our time.” A year ago, Biden may not have even known what transgenderism is. He does not seem to know it, but he has been radicalized.

Biden now regularly talks about “systemic” racism. On one occasion Biden said, though without evidence, there is “absolutely systemic racism in law enforcement.” “[But] it’s not just in law enforcement,” he continued, “it’s across the board. It’s in housing, it’s in education . . . It’s in everything we do.”

He is wrong on every count, but if indeed he believes that racism is in “everything we do,” that it is systemic, then he believes, whether he admits or not, that the system must be overturned. Biden does not realize it, but he is calling for the overthrow of the American way of life. I presume that is not his intent, but when the words he is reading off his BLM teleprompter get translated into policy, that will be the consequence — the destruction of the American way of life.

Biden demurs. There is nothing to fear from Biden says Biden: “Do I look like a radical socialist with a soft spot for rioters?” No, he does not, but what he does look like is a sap.

Republicans must make it clear that these are the “Biden riots.”

    ***

This brings me to my last point: Trump. I know President Trump has many faults. I myself sometimes cringe listening to him. Sometimes he is his own worst enemy. He is a braggart, often misinformed, petty, sometimes even vengeful. And more.

And yet, we are very lucky to have him. I am almost prepared to say that having him is Providential. How else to explain that we find ourselves with this most unusual, most unpresidential man who has just the attributes most needed for this moment. At any other time, he might well have been a bad president. But in these times—these revolutionary times—he is the best president we could have had.

He has the indispensable attribute of a leader: courage. As a leader must, he goes where others are afraid to go. And he has common sense, which means he generally wants to go to the right place.

Above all else, and above anyone else, Trump is committed to America. He is unreservedly, unquestionably pro-America. He feels no guilt for America’s past. He makes no apologies. He concedes nothing. These may not always be the attributes one wants in a President, but in this day of woke guilt they are the most essential things. And Trump has unlimited confidence in America. In this time of national doubt, this too is just what the doctor ordered. He thinks our culture is “incredible” and that’s the way he wants to keep it.

Trump not only thinks America is incredible, he knows we are in a fight for our lives.

And despite what one hears ad nauseum from the Democrats, Trump is perhaps among the least racist presidents we have ever had. Trump is not defending the white way of life; he is defending the American way of life, a colorblind way of life which is open to anyone who is willing to embrace it.

If we want to save our country, then we should support him—unequivocally. I am. I think this election is that important, and I think Trump is that good. I hope you agree.

Remember, Trump versus Biden is the choice between a man who believes America is good and a man who is controlled by a movement which believes America is bad.

    Thank you very much.

Eyewitness Says Lee Keltner’s Killer ‘Huddled’ With News Producer, BLM Agitator Before Shooting

Carlson asked for clarification, and Teigen reiterated that “they were huddled just before we started exiting.” According to Teigen, the BLM agitator then continued to harass demonstrators and make violent threats, as Dolloff and the 9News producer looked on....

Coup Plotters Considered Never Allowing Trump To Be Inaugurated

An exclusive report based on a senior Department of Defense official’s account – the coup plotters considered never transferring power to the President-elect of the United States of America.

Recent revelations, including the declassification of key documents, have effectively ended any speculation about what really transpired in 2016 and 2017 in regard to Donald Trump and spurious allegations of Russian collusion. The story was a fabrication. None of it was ever true. There really was a conspiracy, and we really did witness the first attempted coup in American history.

Information uncovered within the last few days by AND Magazine adds significantly to our understanding of the scope of the conspiracy and suggests strongly that subsequent to the election of Donald Trump there was serious consideration given to simply not transferring power to the President-Elect.

According to a former senior Department of Defense official interviewed by AND Magazine, in the wake of Donald Trump’s “surprise” victory in November 2016, a National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) was rushed through pushing the false Russian collusion narrative and asserting as the judgment of the Intelligence Community as a whole that the Russians had not only interfered in the election but had done so in order to assist Donald Trump and help him become President. We have known for some time that this NIE was drafted, what we now know is considerably more about the highly unusual way in which it was drafted.

An NIE is supposed to represent the consensus of the Intelligence Community (IC). It is created in a lengthy collaborative process involving working-level analysts and experts. Only when the final version is effectively agreed upon and hammered out, does the document make is way to agency heads for final approval.

Such was not the case with this NIE. According to the senior official interviewed, this NIE was written by CIA Director Brennan, FBI Director Comey, and DNI Clapper. All work on the NIE was done at the Top Secret level with only a handful of individuals having access to what was written. Objections to the conclusions reached were dismissed summarily on the basis that Mr. Brennan, Mr. Comey, and Mr. Clapper had personally written the NIE findings and recommendations and would handle all inter-agency input themselves.

In short, the conclusions had been preordained. There was no room for discussion.

Circa November 10, 2016, the senior official speaking to AND Magazine received a phone call in his office at the Pentagon on a secure phone. The call was from the Department of Defense Under-Secretary’s office that coordinated attendance and participation in inter-agency meetings at the White House. The call concerned planning for a short fuse, inter-agency meeting at the White House. It was explained that a new committee was being formed to finalize and establish the timeline and storyline connecting Russia with the election of President Trump. The senior official speaking to AND Magazine had been named to be part of this new committee.

During this phone call, it was explained to AND’s source that one of the committee’s taskings was to develop a plan to delay and/or reschedule the inauguration. While the official to whom the call was made ultimately deliberately avoided attending committee meetings, he did see subsequent Top Secret email traffic that showed significant inter-agency discussion of the possibility of not proceeding as scheduled with the transfer of power.

At some point, this idea appears to have been dropped in favor of proceeding with the strategy of creating an impeachment narrative, but for months apparently there was significant discussion of the possibility of simply not handing over the Presidency to Donald Trump.

This same committee likely prepared the read ahead for the infamous January 5, 2017 meeting in the White House, which formally endorsed the impeachment narrative. Present at that meeting were President Obama, Vice-President Biden, National Security Advisor Susan Rice, CIA Director Brennan, DNI Clapper, FBI Director Comey, and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates.

During this timeframe AND’s source was also directly involved with the so-called Five Eyes intelligence-sharing agreement involving NSA, its British counterpart GCHQ, and other allied nations. The source saw directly that there was a significant spike in “end-around” intel sharing between GCHQ and NSA during this time period. The term “end-around” is a reference to the practice, officially not sanctioned, of using foreign intelligence services to collect intelligence on American targets and thereby evade the legal restrictions on doing so that control NSA and other U.S. intelligence agencies. In many cases, this was done by simply having British GCHQ personnel print hard copies of reports and then simply “leave them” on a tabletop in a common NSA/GCHQ work environment where they would be “discovered” by NSA personnel.

The increase in the amount of this “end-around” reporting coincided precisely with the timeframe in which we now know law enforcement and intelligence agencies focused their attention on members of the Trump campaign. Given that fact, it is at a minimum highly suspicious and more than possible that this mechanism was being employed to help with what we now know to be politically motivated targeting by individuals associated with Donald Trump, his campaign, and his incoming administration.

For at least three years we were fed the lie that Donald Trump was in bed with the Kremlin and deserved to be removed from office on that basis. His election was illegitimate. He was a real-life “Manchurian Candidate.”

When that was exposed as a lie, the backers of the original narrative shifted gears. The whole matter should probably just be dropped. To the extent there was any “wrongdoing” it concerned the misconduct of a handful of “overzealous” mid-level personnel. “Change some regulations. Tighten some procedures. Move on.”

All of that is a lie too. Every day we see additional evidence that makes that crystal clear. When we have reached the point where an outgoing President and his subordinates are seriously planning not to hand over power to the President-Elect, we are standing on the precipice. []This is no longer about partisan politics. This is about the very real possibility of losing our democracy.[/u]

The Romans went for centuries living in a democratic system based on the rule of law. They woke up one day to discover that they lived in an empire and that powerful forces in the capital city made the call regarding who their Emperor was. We may be far closer to that day than we realize.

I don’t even know why Admin lets this clown keep posting vitriol. Is he that valuable to this forum? I never see him post anything about bodybuilding. The guy obviously has a few loose screws and doesn’t seem to be very intelligent. Deadlifting dog, we should start our own forum, as obviously most guys on here seem to worship the POS in the White House, and they get a pass for posting pure bs and lies, while sensible people like us who actually THINK have to tippy toe around the lies and pseudo-masculinity. Such is life, though. Idiots always have the biggest mouth.

Let's slow down a bit. I dislike pretty much everything Colonel Blimp here posts but let's not lump anyone who likes Trump with that. Do I agree with them, HELL NO, but that does not mean they are not valuable in many other aspects of this board. If I am only going to take advice in life from people I agree with politically it is going to be a small world.

I am not lumping everyone who likes Trump with this idiot. He’s in a league of his own. At least if someone is going to support a racist, narcissistic, corrupt, fascist, authoritarian, lying man-child, then keep quiet about it. Nobody who supports Trump is coming on here and telling this moron to not lump all Democrats into one pile, yet here you are defending them. They wouldn’t do the same for you, they wouldn’t be so diplomatic. I don’t feel I need to be nice about people voting for a POS who is destroying American democracy and shitting all over the constitution. It’s not simply just a matter of opinion. We are now in a world where dumb fucks like this moron get to speak their minds and influence other people. As long as this idiot keeps posting his bullshit, I’ll be sure to stop by and post how I really feel. He’s insulting me and people like me, so why shouldn’t I insult him and people like him?? Fair fucking trade. Fuck him.

Feds Had Evidence of Joe Biden’s Burisma Meeting Since Impeachment Inquiry

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has reportedly had evidence that former Vice President Joe Biden met with an executive from Burisma introduced by his son, Hunter, since the week in December 2019 when the House impeached the president.

The New York Post reported on Wednesday that an abandoned laptop hard drive contained evidence that Hunter Biden, who sat on the board of the corruption-plagued Ukrainian company, made the introduction to then-Vice President Biden in 2015.

The evidence: an email from Burisma adviser Vadym Pozharskyi thanking Hunter Biden for the “opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together” in Washington, D.C.

Less than a year later, in March 2016, Biden would pressure Ukraine into firing a prosecutor with jurisdiction over investigations into Burisma, threatening to withhold $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees.

Joe Biden has denied speaking with his son about his foreign business — a claim his son has [url=https://bit.ly/3m21Z5x]contradicted[url]https://forums.steroid .com/anabolic -lounge-off-topic-discussion/.

The new evidence comes from an abandoned laptop that was left at a Delaware repair shop and seized by the FBI on Dec. 17, 2019 — the day before Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) held the vote to impeach President Donald Trump.

The store owner had contacted the FBI, but made copy of the hard drive before yielding it. He later provided that copy to Robert Costello, an attorney for former NewYork City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who is an attorney for the president, the Post reported....

Bombshell Hunter Biden emails show him leveraging relationship with father for financial gain

This is a smoking gun that proves Hunter Biden is corrupt and used his relationship with his Vice President father to boost his salary and extend his contract with Burisma.

Hunter Biden, son of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, used his connections to his father to attempt to secure higher pay and longer terms on his contract with Ukrainian energy company Burisma, leaked emails show. A story by the NY Post highlights the important parts of the emails between Hunter Biden and his long-time business partner, Devon Archer.

The emails were recovered from a computer that held a trove of messages, documents, photos and videos purportedly recovered from a MacBook Pro laptop that a Delaware computer-shop owner told The Post was brought in for repair in April 2019 and never picked up afterward.

Mainstream media will not cover this. Why? Because it’s THAT big. It’s the type of story that has tanked politicians throughout history. But since the subjects of the story are Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, Burisma, and Ukraine, it will be completely buried and even debunked by our illustrious Democrat-friendly press....

By every real-world indicator, this election should be a slam dunk for Republicans. The President is going up against a man who can’t piece together two sentences without a major gaffe. The House of Representatives is wide open with at least 45 seats that can and should be flipped from blue to red and less than a dozen that can be flipped red to blue. The Senate is still a question mark but there are great indicators that vulnerable seats can be held and at least a couple of sitting Democrats can be unseated.

But in the virtual world, the picture is far less rosy. Polls, as unreliable as they are, still seem to draw the attention of far too many voters. This threatens to dishearten conservatives while pushing voters who are sitting on the fence to take the natural human step of backing the horses they think can win. Mainstream media is a joke but still holds sway as the propaganda machines continue to spew pro-Democrat rhetoric. Big Tech continues their onslaught on conservative thought while enjoying the protections of Section 230...

... It’s long past time for the GOP to engage with Big Tech publishers and either strip them of their Section 230 protections or move to a free speech platform. As Marjorie Taylor Greene noted, censorship has consequences.

Surely you don't think this is why GoogleTwitterFakebook is censoring the news of proof of Creepy Uncle Joe's involvement in son Hunter's crooked Ukraine deal with Burisma, ... do you?

Facebook and Twitter Censor Biden Bombshells Weeks After Execs Join His Transition Team

Following the publication of the New York Post’s bombshell story about the Biden family’s business dealings in Ukraine, Facebook and Twitter worked hard to suppress the story across their platforms. The censorship comes just weeks after executives from both firms joined the Biden transition team.

Breitbart News recently reported on the New York Post’s bombshell story that indicated that Joe Biden may have met with an adviser to the board of Burisma while he was Vice President, arranged by his son Hunter, who was working as a lobbyist for the company at the time. Joe Biden has previously said, “I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.”

But, the leaked emails allegedly show that Hunter introduced his father to a Bursima executive less than a year before Biden, acting as Vice President, pressured the Ukrainian government into firing a prosecutor who was investigating the company. Shortly after the story broke, many found themselves having trouble sharing it across social media. This censorship comes just weeks after executives from both Facebook and Twitter joined the Biden transition team....

SHOCK: Man Who Had Hunter Biden’s Laptop Suggests There’s More, Hints At FBI Coverup, Fears Assassination

"I prefer this outcome as opposed to getting shot jogging in the morning"

After the New York Post published shocking revelations that Hunter Biden leveraged Joe Biden’s position and influence to make money in Ukraine and a series of photos showing Hunter apparently in the throes of a drug binge, the computer shop owner who transferred the data to both the FBI and Rudy Giuliani spoke to the media in a nearly hour-long audio interview.

John Paul Mac Isaac, the owner of a Mac computer repair store in Delaware who came into possession of an abandoned laptop previously owned by Hunter, spoke to the media for nearly an hour, and suggested there is far more content than what the Post published, including illegal content, and said that he fears for his life because of the content on the hard drive. Isaac also hinted that the FBI is covering up the contents on the laptop as a political favor to the Biden family, and claimed that the FBI warned him not to go public with the information in his possession.

At one point in the interview, Isaac explained that during his career as a computer repair professional, he once encountered child porn when repairing a man’s computer and immediately called the police. He compared that to this incident, and said that while he did not see child porn on Hunter’s computer, he saw illegal materials and discussions of illegal activities that made him believe his “life would be in danger.”..

... As the interview went on, and Isaac was finally asked for his feelings about Giuliani giving the story to the Post, Isaac said he had no emotions and said it was preferable to an assassination, making references to the deaths of Seth Rich, a DNC employee who some believed had a role in the leak or hack of the DNC email servers, and Jeffrey Epstein, the billionaire pedophile hedge fund manager who partied with British royals, the Clinton family, and Bill Gates, among others.

“I have no opinion on the matter. I mean, I prefer this outcome as opposed to getting shot jogging in the morning,” said Isaac, earning the scorn of a reporter who insisted the “conspiracy” that Rich’s murder had anything to do with the leaked or hacked emails was “debunked.”

“I was just giving you an example,” said Isaac. “Epstein didn’t really kill himself, this guy [Seth Rich] got shot jogging.”

That site, mediabiasfactcheck, is legit. If you're spending any meaningful amount of time reading / participating in a mixed news forum this is a life saver. Right now the conspiracy theory / targeted misinformation sites come into existence and die faster than you can count them, you can't memorize which ones are shit and which ones aren't, and you can't be expected to sleuth every single source for credibility, you just sleuth this one site, mediabiasfactcheck, to make sure they aren't bullshitting about their assessments and voila, you've got instant fresh source check.

Wish it was that easy with steroid sources

EXC: Biden Donor Group Sends 225,000+ Ballot Requests, Including for DEAD Citizens

    October 15, 2020Natalie Winters

A self-described “voter participation” group which donates exclusively to Democrats and Joe Biden’s presidential campaign has been caught making en masse ballot requests for deceased people.

The Center for Voter Information was described by the Washington Post as having “a history of sending error-ridden mailers” but also labeled it “nonpartisan” – a farcical and manifestly false claim.

The group is responsible for sending over 225,000 ballot request forms to residents in Texas, many of whom are deceased.

As reported by local news, one individual received multiple ballot request forms for her deceased husband:

“Kristen Link received four ballot request forms in the mail addressed to her husband, who passed away in 2015. Kristen thought the forms were sent by a government agency, but they came from a third-party group called the Center for Voter Information. The ballot applications are already filled out and addressed to the Bexar County Elections Administrator.”
    ..

... The group also made headlines recently for mailing more than two million Virginia voters official ballot applications, but due to an “error by the printing company,” hundreds of thousands of ballot applications were sent with incorrect addresses. What’s more, Virginia election officials raised concerns about the activist group’s mailers masquerading as official documents...

... The news is just the latest in a string of false, missing, or tampered ballot stories the media and Big Tech firms keep denying, across the country. (emphasis added)

Giuliani… ‘Just the tip of the iceberg on Biden crime family’

“Every time Joe Biden was named point man by Barack Obama, Joe Biden negotiated for the United States. Each time he negotiated, he failed. Each time, the Biden Crime family got millions of dollars from that country,” Giuliani said.

Giuliani cited Iraq, what he said was the first example of this, outlining a scheme involving a $1.5 billion contract and Biden’s brother, James Biden. He named Hunter Biden, James Biden, Joe Biden and Sarah Biden, along with other unnamed family members, as “the Biden Crime Family.”

'Chink in their armor': GOP congressional candidate takes major legal action against Twitter

... Anna Paulina Luna of Florida's 13th Congressional District filed an official complaint Wednesday with the Federal Election Commission regarding Twitter's negligence in failing to verify her profile, while verifying that of incumbent Democratic opponent Charlie Crist.

On paper, however, the case is about far more than the validation and perceived legitimacy that come with the famed blue checkmark.

It is a matter of alleged election interference from Silicon Valley.

"This is not just about the verification," Luna told The Western Journal on Tuesday. "This is about an illegal in-kind contribution, which means that these people illegally donated to a campaign to help them win.

"That is election interference, regardless of whether or not people realize that that does have an effect. It absolutely does," Luna said...

... The Wednesday FEC complaint, filed by campaign lawyers Charlie Spies and Katie Reynolds, argues that unbalanced verification in a specific race constitutes an unregistered and illegal in-kind campaign contribution on the part of Twitter -- particularly given the potential for verification to increase reach and engagement.

"When you are verified on any account, not only does it increase engagement but there's algorithms on the back end of more visibility for that," Luna said. "There is some level of monetary value assigned to that verification."

"You're talking about the ability to really influence and control elections based on information," she later added.

"I do believe that there is -- someone has to pick up the torch and they have to fight for this, and I do have a legitimate case. I know that there have been other people that have tried but, because of the nature of their cases, they haven't really gotten that far with it. We do realize that this is going to be basically, I think, what takes down the giant."..

... "This is really about not just the First Amendment, but really the sanctity of the election process," she said. "So, we are bringing this fight to Washington, D.C., we're bringing the fight to Twitter and, hopefully, it will eventually be heard in the Supreme Court."

"I am being suppressed, and I'm not the only one," the candidate added.

"And I do believe that we found a chink in their armor, that we will be able to sue them. And this is not about a monetary value for suit. This is for legal precedence."

Verbatim from Article VI, Clause 3 of the US Constitution:

"[N]o religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States."

The very broaching the topic of ACB's religion during her confirmation hearings is a strict violation of the Constitution's "No Religious Test" clause.

From Colorado election fraud to a conspiracy about the Denver rally shooting, local lies have spread nationally

By Ian Silverii | Columnist for The Denver Post

There is confusion surrounding the origin of the old but prescient saying, “A lie gets halfway around the world before the truth has a chance to get its pants on.” It was true in 1710 when Jonathan Swift may have coined it, or 1919 when Mark Twain is alleged to have done so, or perhaps when FDR’s Secretary of State Cordell Hull wrote my favorite iteration, “A lie will gallop halfway ‘round the world before the truth has time to pull its breeches on.” And none of these people even had Twitter.

In late September, a story with the attention-grabbing headline, “Colorado Secretary of State mails postcards to non-citizens, dead people urging them to vote” aired on Denver’s CBS4. In the 48 hours before it was pulled down by station management, it was hyped nationwide online by conservatives up to and including Donald Trump Jr. Because it boosted their bogus election conspiracy narratives, especially concerning mail ballots.

The president’s eldest son tweeted a link to that story to his 5.8 million followers shortly after it appeared with the message, “Sure the Dems aren’t trying to cheat!!!” That tweet was seen by untold numbers of Americans who have now been made baselessly suspicious of Colorado’s gold-standard mail ballot system.

The misinformation sprang from a postcard that has been routinely mailed to voters by election officials of both parties, using consumer databases of non-voters and other data to achieve what should be a goal of every Coloradan regardless of party — registration of every eligible voter in the state. The postcard clearly states the eligibility requirements of voting in Colorado, which, and I can’t believe I have to say this, excludes dead people and non-citizens.

To his credit, Tim Weiland, CBS4’s news director, removed the story from the CBS4 website and thanked followers on social media for debunking it. Unfortunately, by the time the story was deleted, it had already spread to other news stations in Colorado (which have yet to correct or remove their versions), the popular conservative propaganda site Breitbart, and even syndicated to news giant MSN — which is still up online today.

President Donald Trump and his party have been spreading myths about voting by mail in order to undermine the results of an election that every poll on the planet suggests they are about to lose in a landslide. This, coupled with the well-coordinated right-wing disinformation ecosystem that starts with local conservative activists and ends with Fox News hosts, national right-wing personalities, and the Trumps themselves, makes it no small wonder that this roundly debunked story lives on.

Worse yet, Congressman and Colorado Republican Party Chairman Ken Buck, citing this false story after it’s deletion, asked the Department of Justice to “investigate.” Shortly after, a right-wing dark-money organization, Judicial Watch, filed a lawsuit against Colorado making false and eerily related claims about our voter registration system.

The only thing they’re missing is evidence.

Sadly, this wasn’t the only myth from Colorado that recently went viral. Last week, a so-called “patriot muster” turned deadly when an attendee named Lee Keltner was shot and killed by Matthew Dolloff, who was providing private security for 9News under contract. Dolloff shot Keltner with numerous cameras rolling after Keltner attacked Dolloff with an open hand and as Keltner sprayed pepper spray toward Dolloff.

Within minutes, conservative Twitter personalities from Charlie Kirk (1.8 million followers) to Colorado’s own Michelle Malkin (2.2 million followers) spread an unsubstantiated narrative that Dolloff was some kind of Antifa assassin — which then morphed into a bizarre conspiracy theory that 9News had hired a professional agitator to start the whole thing, and that somehow legendary Denver Post photographer Helen Richardson was in on it, too. On Tuesday, this baseless conspiracy theory was retweeted several times by the president of the United States himself. Donald Trump has the seventh-largest Twitter fanbase in the entire world.

Dolloff is in custody, and the justice system will decide whether or not using deadly force in that situation was self-defense. But once again the right was far too quick to let social media be judge, jury, and investigator.

CBS4’s belated removal of their false story failed to stop those who would like to see mail ballots undermined to give Trump a pretext to not concede defeat.

It’s a punishing lesson in the power of modern media, especially when amplified by bad actors. There are those who will advance a narrative at any cost, knowing full well that a Tweet will ricochet around the planet while the truth never gets its breeches on. (emphasis added)

Consider 8 Idiotic Things You Must Believe to Vote Against Trump in 2020

    It’s Evil to Support Trump

Biden “Understands” Leadership Better Than Trump

    Biden Economy Will be Better

    Russia-gate Doesn’t Matter

    Riots Aren’t Dangerous

Biden Son’s China & Ukraine Deals are Meaningless

Supersizing Supreme Court & Multiplying States Can Only Benefit America

Trump is ‘Rude,’ so Must be a Terrible Leader

CONCLUSION: America’s Leftist Education Creates a Peerless Foundation for Hate

America’s main menace to liberty is decades of leftist teachers spoon-feeding Marxist doctrine to defenseless American students. This created an army of socialists incapable of critical thinking to protect themselves from propaganda. Most alarming, the moral affectations of these victims is expressed in a tyrannical ‘Woke’ political religion, implacably vile to foes. For Trump to lose, mindless socialists created by decades of educational malpractice must storm the voting booths and demand socialism in opposition to all common sense and history’s opposition.

Pennsylvania County Screwed up 30,000 Ballots; They Say They Will Review Them…. After the Election

“The Allegheny County Elections Division announced Wednesday that 28,879 voters received incorrect ballots out of the 32,318 that were in the state’s ballot tracker as of Sept. 28.

The Division said the mailings are being corrected and that new ballots will be delivered starting Oct. 15, with most expected to be delivered the week of Oct. 19.”

The problem that exists is that this issue was discovered not by the county, but rather by the voters and brought to the county’s attention. Despite the County promising to fix the ballots, it still eliminates a great deal of time that the voters would have had to return their ballots, to begin with.

But that’s not the most alarming part. What is terrifying is the county’s response regarding when they will be reviewing the ballots they received back from people who were not aware they were wrong.

“Voye [David Voye, Elections Division Manager] said that Elections Division staff were segregating ballots that were received from voters affected by the issue, and those will be set aside and reviewed following the election.” [Emphasis added]

The county admits that they know some of the faulty ballots were returned, but those ballots will not be reviewed until after the election. That likely means that if the ballot is faulty, those voters will not have their vote counted because there will be no new voting for them because the election will be over.

Twitter now restricting access to an official government website in order to censor NY Post's bombshell Hunter Biden story

They really don't want people to read it

... Twitter went to great lengths to censor the story, blocking users from sharing it on the platform, barring users from sending it in direct messages, and suspending high-profile accounts that shared the story — including accounts operated by the New York Post, the Trump campaign, and White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany...

... Users who tried to access the link had their screens flashed with a warning page, which said "this link may be unsafe," and users who tried to share the link were stopped from doing so.

"The link you are trying to access has been identified by Twitter or our partners as being potentially spammy or unsafe, in accordance with Twitter's URL Policy," the warning page stated....

    * In the Richmond, Virginia, area, six mailboxes were broken into, and mail was stolen.

    * Washington, D.C., has made several errors, the latest being sending ballots to long-gone residents. In another case, officials put the wrong date on ballots, and earlier this year, change-of-address forms were sent out with a design so poor that when sent back, they didn’t include the name of the sender.

    * Project Veritas uncovered ballot harvesting in Minnesota.

    * Some 100,000 defective ballots were sent out in New York City.

    * There was a case of suspected ballot harvesting in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, near Baltimore, prompting a voter warning by the county's Board of Elections.

    * Voters near Columbus, Ohio, in Franklin County, were sent the wrong ballots.

    * In Los Angeles County, California, the Los Angeles Times reported, “Some 2,100 L.A. County voters got ballots missing one thing: a way to vote for president.”

    * About 18,000 ballots were rejected in the Massachusetts primary because of the type of voter errors Trainor warned about.

    * More than 1,600 Sussex County, New Jersey, ballots from the July primary were found last month. They were counted, however, and didn’t change any outcomes.

    * ver 100 blank, undelivered Jefferson County, Kentucky, absentee ballots were found in a dumpster.

    * In Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, 29,000 people were sent the wrong ballot. The county moved to fix the error.

    * In Pittsylvania County, Virginia, a voter unable to put a ballot in a voting box was able to pull open the box, raising security worries.

    * In Teaneck, New Jersey, nearly 7,000 voters received the wrong ballot.

    * A postal worker in West Orange, New Jersey, was arrested for allegedly dumping nearly 2,000 pieces of mail, including 99 ballots and 276 campaign flyers.

This is an excerpt; follow the hotlink to hear Joe say it "live" (Twitter video)

In this past week's Town Hall, Biden again proposed teaching police to "Shoot 'em in the leg"

...He’s made this ignorant comment before, so it’s not a mistake or a one-off, but a basic failure of understanding the situation and the proper response.

No responsible police force would ever teach to “shoot ’em in the leg,” everyone teaches to shoot center mass, at the largest part of the body to stop the person and take them down. If you shoot at a suspect rushing at you, trying to hit him in the leg, you are very likely to miss and die. That’s not a recipe for ‘deescalation’ but a recipe for getting the cop killed. The fact that he would think this is completely foolhardy.

Police also generally have to pass psychological tests to become police officers. He apparently doesn’t understand that and thinks suggesting that is novel, which again shows just raging ignorance.

Finally, as he continues to ramble on and on, he says that police have to have psychologists and social workers go out with them on 911 calls to deescalate to deal with those calls like “that guy with the knife.”...

Some states plan to forge ahead with their own Google probe, as federal lawsuit appears imminent

... The states leading the probe into Google include Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee and Utah. It is not clear how many of their attorneys general intend to sign the expected, forthcoming statement, which sources cautioned could still change. Arizona, Colorado, North Carolina and New York declined comment, and the others did not respond to requests...

... The first salvo could come in a matter of days, when the Justice Department is expected to file its lawsuit, according to the four people familiar with the matter said. They acknowledged the federal government initially aimed for the end of September at the direction of Attorney General William Barr, sparking some internal discomfort about the speed at which the agency sought to bring a landmark case.

The complaint is expected to focus largely on Google’s dominant search business, The Post has reported previously. So far, it appears to have attracted support only from other Republican attorneys general, according to the four sources, who estimate about a dozen states will end up backing the Justice Department. Texas, meanwhile, is leading an antitrust investigation targeting Google’s advertising business....

Donald Trump was impeached for Joe Biden’s crimes

    Projection psychology definition

Projection is a psychological defense mechanism in which individuals attribute characteristics they find unacceptable in themselves to another person. For example, a husband who has a hostile nature might attribute this hostility to his wife and say she has an anger management problem. In some cases projection can result in false accusations.

demoncrats have mastered projection. Back in 2016 hillary clinton, along with the the obama campaign and the DNC, paid for disinformation from a Russian spy and then worked with the FBI and CIA to smear Trump with it.

She colluded with a Russian spy.

    Today history repeats.

You also might remember that Donald Trump was impeached back in February. During a burgeoning pandemic democrats were obsessed with impeachment. Trump was impeached over a phone call with the President of Ukraine. He was asking about Biden’s corruption regarding Ukraine.

Now we know why Trump was impeached. It’s because Biden was guilty.

Biden is without any doubt guilty. We see this in a number of ways....

Top Liberal Tech Operative Comes Out of the Shadows: My Family Is Behind Most of the “Fake Liberal News” You See on Facebook

Last month, top liberal tech operative John Gouldman freely admitted that the liberal lies and rumors on the internet come from his family.

According to sources, he set up multiple sites and used them to spread rumors and innuendo he knew to be false.

    Gouldman said:

For several years, I’ve been one of the biggest liberal ghost bloggers in the United States. Even more important than that, my family has been behind most of the ‘fake liberal news’ you see on Facebook, with my brother Daniel Gouldman encouraging our mother and father to invest in some of his media ventures.

Here is a partial list of sites he has said to have used to spread the liberal lies:

Resist Create used to be called US Uncut. This was formerly one of the most popular liberal sites on the internet until political activist Ryan Clayton teamed up with the Gouldmans. You might remember Ryan Clayton better as the man who threw Russian flags at Mitch McConnell and President Trump. I’m guessing borrowed them from the Hillary campaign.

    Gouldman said:

Bipartisan Report is a venture my brother has with Justin Brotman, the son of recently deceased Costco co-founder Jeff Brotman.

My brother (known as Icarus Verum – his online identity) was also the money man behind the Occupy Democrats operation, personally owning 20% of the business. My brother setup all the business checking accounts at Bank of America, and made sure everyone got paid, including the Rivero brothers who founded it. If there was ever any administrative issue with Facebook, with Occupy Democrats writers or otherwise, my brother would handle it.

The Occupy Democrat brothers operate an extensive network that generates untold millions of video/page views everyday, much more than I can ever lay claim to personally. This has already been reported on to some degree actually (two of the articles I linked to above mention court feuds) – it’s just not talked about a lot in detail. What hasn’t been discussed as much is just how big their network really is, what was really going on behind the scenes, and how they game the Facebook system.

In 2016 Gouldman’s brother sponsored the Netroots convention. Netroots is the “largest annual conference for progressives.”

NBC Racists positioned "Nodding Lady" behind POTUS at Town Hall because they ASS-u-ME-d she'd be anti-Trump

Much to their shock, she agreed with every syllable Trump uttered.

...Likely to the chagrin of NBC producers of the show, Joli is a Trump supporter. She gave no indication of that before she was switched with the woman who was originally in that spot, but it seems likely NBC made an assumption based on the color of her skin that she doesn’t support the President despite the fact that a record 40% of Black voters have a favorable opinion of him.

Joli appeared on Real America’s Voice News to discuss the experience. She was cordial, not accusing NBC of the stereotyping they likely used to make their decision to move her there. Very delightful lady....

Battleground state Pennsylvania rejects 372,000 ballot applications, 90% of which were duplicates

By Jack Davis, The Western Journal
    Published October 17, 2020 at 1:33pm

Swing state Pennsylvania, which President Donald Trump narrowly won in the 2016 election, has thrown out 372,000 requests for mail-in ballots, a new report says.

About 336,000, or 90 percent, of those were duplicate requests for ballots that the state denied "primarily because people who had requested mail-in ballots for the state’s June 2 primary did not realize that they had checked a box to be sent ballots for the general election, too," according to the article published by The Philadelphia Inquirer and the website ProPublica.

The rejected requests came from 208,000 voters, according to the report, including one voter who appeared to submit 11 duplicate requests.

The outlets said they were able to identify "hundreds of voters who submitted three or more duplicate applications."

Some cite voter unfamiliarity as the culprit, because Pennsylvania voters had the option of becoming what the state calls permanent mail-in voters, but may not have remembered doing so.

I posted a transcript of this a few pages back but that that time I couldn't link to the video because it hadn't yet been posted to YouTube. But now it has and here it is:

If you can't stand Trump and don't understand why anyone would vote for him ...

Beyond Hunter's MacBook: Email account of his ex-business partner reveals high-level Chinese group bought hidden access to Biden at the White House

... An entirely new source — a business partner of Hunter Biden who has "flipped" and granted full access (i.e., his username and password) to years of his Gmail email account — reveals that access to then-V.P. Biden in the White House was granted in 2011 to a high-level group of members of the Chinese Communist Party with a keen interest in U.S. trade policy, as that policy was being formulated...

... The emails offer a unique window into just how the Biden universe conducted business during the Obama-Biden Administration. These associates sought to trade on Hunter Biden's relationship with, and access to, his father and the Obama-Biden White House in order to generate business.

For instance, on November 5, 2011, one of Archer's business contacts forwarded him an email teasing an opportunity to gain "potentially outstanding new clients" by helping to arrange White House meetings for a group of Chinese executives and government officials. The group was the China Entrepreneur Club (CEC) and the delegation included Chinese billionaires, Chinese Communist Party loyalists, and at least one "respected diplomat" from Beijing. Despite its benign name, CEC has been called "a second foreign ministry" for the People's Republic of China—a communist government that closely controls most businesses in its country. CEC was established in 2006 by a group of businessmen and Chinese government diplomats.

CEC's leadership boasts numerous senior members of the Chinese Communist Party, including Wang Zhongyu ("vice chairman of the 10th CPPCC National Committee and deputy secretary of the Party group"), Ma Weihua (director of multiple Chinese Communist Party offices), and Jiang Xipei (member of the Chinese Communist Party and representative of the 16th National Congress), among others.

The visit was logged in at the White House, but the group's meeting with V.P. Biden was concealed. However, proof that it took place was found on the internet because a member of the group boasted about it:

Curiously, the Obama-Biden visitor logs do not mention any meeting with Vice President Joe Biden. But the Vice President's off-the-books meeting was revealed by one of the core founders of the CEC. In an obscure document listing the CEC members' biographies, CEC Secretary General Maggie Cheng alleges that she facilitated the CEC delegation meetings in Washington in 2011 and boasts of the Washington establishment figures that CEC met with. The first name she dropped was that of Vice President Joe Biden

Joe Biden’s Gun Agenda Could Cost AR-15 Owners $3.6 Billion in Taxes for Guns They Already Own

Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden’s proposed gun control policy includes a provision that could require every AR-15 rifle be registered under the National Firearms Act of 1934. Unless there were some form of carve-out, this could mandate that American gun owners pay a $200 federal tax per AR-15 that they own. The National Rifle Association’s Andrew Arulanandam told Breitbart News that the current “low end” estimate of privately-owned AR-15s in the United States is 18 million. A tax of $200 on 18 million AR-15s means that gun owners could potentially be required to a pay a collective $3.6 billion in taxes, if this policy were enacted into legislation....

This article fails to consider the full family of the "modern sporting rifle," which includes the AR18/AR180/AR180B, the AK47/AKM/AK74, the FN-FAL/L1A1, the Stoner 63/G96 Expeditionary Rifle, and the HK91/Cetme, of which there must be at least another 10 million examples roaming the Fruited Plain. So now we're looking at near as makes no difference 30 million new NFA devices. So how long do you reckon it would take the ATF to process 30 million Form 4s? And what becomes of the legal status of the 29,670,000 previously legal owners who are left waiting on their stamps when it takes the ATF years rather than months to approve them?

FCC Chair: G**gleFakebookTwitter abuse of power has ‘No Basis in the Text of Section 230’ of Comm Act

... Citing Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’ observation that many courts have gone “far beyond the actual text of the provision” to grant “sweeping protections to Internet platforms,” [FCC Chairman Ajit] Pai declared that this excessive immunity from consumer protection laws “has no basis in the text of Section 230”:

“Many advance an overly broad interpretation that in some cases shields social media companies from consumer protection laws in a way that has no basis in the text of Section 230.”

And, while they do have a right to free speech, these social media companies have no more immunity than any other type of media:

“Social media companies have a First Amendment right to free speech. But they do not have a First Amendment right to a special immunity denied to other media outlets, such as newspapers and broadcasters.”

Pollster who called 2016 to within 2 electoral votes picks Trump again in 2020

The Trafalgar Group predicted Trump would win in 2016 with 306 electoral votes. He took 304. This election cycle they're predicting +/-280. If they're right again, with such a slim margin of victory, you can count on the demoncrats to contest the result for months.

But Trafalgar founder Robert Cahaly warns that the outcome in some states could hinge on voter fraud with Pennsylvania the most likely victim.

Fear-mongerin demoncrat shills at PMSNBC claim 45% of Americans live in poverty, and one-forth of us die every year

Rev. William Barber, a poverty advocate and regular MSNBC guest, claimed that even before the pandemic, there were 140 million Americans in poverty, and that another eight million have since been added. A total, thus, of 148 million Americans, according to Barber. That would be equal to 45% of the US population in poverty! The true number is about 10.5%.

So Barber exaggerated the number of Americans in poverty by about four times. But that was small potatoes compared to his absolute whopper when it came to deaths. Barber claimed that, even before COVID, 250,000 Americans were dying "a day." That would equal 91 million yearly deaths -- equal to one quarter of the population dying annually! The number of daily deaths is actually about 7,900. So Barber inflated the true number by . . . 31 times!

And the PMSNBC facilitator made no effort to correct his lies.
