    Im extremely weak on shoulders from a bottom start point, but totally different story if starting from raised position. Love that Smith Machine!!!

    They have slowed after the first 3-4 times. This one seems to be the best for me visually. But I'm cutting and it's helping me maintain muscle. 190-218. 199 today looking for 185-190.

    Thanks man I'm putting 150% effort in the gym and about 90% effort to diet lol I use me bulking as an excuse to eat sweets more then I should lol cuz come September come hell or high water I'll get to 5-6%!!

    I got to about 7% I think. Test tren mast winny t3 and clen.
