We have two drinking fountains. One tall, one small, like for kids. Why do people use the tall ones to refill their water bottles? They have to lift their arms up to use it. Much easier if they used the short one.

A little off topic but we have a he/she at our gym. I think he has the plumbing of a guy but dresses like a woman outside of the gym. We call her "Pebbles" and we're constantly watching to see which bathroom he/she goes into.

I've started kicking the shit out of these balance balls and or putting them in the walkways of the cardio area.. anywhere other than in the free weight area..
****ing lazy trainers teaching these fat ass worthless skin bags to bring that crap into that area, and leave them there as tripping hazards..
I asked one of the managers if their insurance carrier cared about tripping hazards in the facility caused by employees of the gym. It got cleaned up fast and they are getting better, but i keep moving it to the middle of the walkway out of the freeweight area..
imagine me moving 90 lbs db 10 feet to the bench and there is a ball, a mat, and a step between me and the bench..

Not sure how many insanely loud grunters we have on the board but it does irritate me when people grunt louder than the need to and say things like.....grrr I killed that shit!!!
One guy at the gym I go to is constantly "attention grunting".
He wears cutoff shirts and has a good size upper body but he has olive oils legs. HAH
Now don't get me wrong, I'm not talking about making some noise to get that last rep out, I'm talking about making some noise so the whole gym will look over as you press some 100lb dumbells!~
Oh yeah and people that don't work legs!!! Or if they do squat they try and stack massive weight and barely go down!!!
I was talking to a guy who said he squatted 750. I said...oh yeah? Do you go past parallel? He replied, with that much weight it's impossible to even go parallel. I was like.......then why would you use that much weight if it really isn't doing anything? He didn't like the comment but I didn't like him so it worked out well.
I have only ever seen one other person their besides me who squats with decent form. I do go at the slowest times possible though............
I've had a lot of coffee today..........

+In my gym we have two dip/pull up stands but for some reason those retards love to do pull ups on the cross cable machine even tho there isnt even any pull up bar attached it !!!! So everytime i see someone hanging down frm that tiny piece of metal i just yell at them and point them the dip/chin up stands

People who do 12 rep sets and grunt on rep #'s 1-10. Why? Sometimes I fvck with these people and start immitating them in hopes they will think i'm rediculous and might relate that to themselves, thus stopping their silly ways.

thats just not bad its sick . unhealthy and dangerous . i heath unhygenic people weather they are at the gym or not . the only thing that annoys me is when people wander in to your personal space (like a 3 ft radius ) and start trainning besides you . eeeeee im not a touchy feely person dont like people being so close . lol

Things I hate:
1:My gym has NO barbells, only a smith macine.
2:The heviest dumbells are 25Kg/55lb
3: Its the size of a stamp so if there are 3 guys in the gym you will be waiting for anything you need.
4:Guys who see that the place is full,work out in 3's and insist that they each do their set and then have a break of 2 minutes so that 1 guy is actually weighting nearly 5 minutes between sets.
5:You are doing doing smith machine overhead press with 35lbs and taking 3 minutes between sets and I'm waiting to squat,and will be taking less time between my sets as well, if I ever get near the machine.
6: Big guys talking cr*p about the weight little guys use on lifts,so what you squat 300lb and I squat 160lb.You weigh 250lb,I weigh145lb,percentage wise its nearly the same weight.
7:People who talk cr*p in general.You to were once the small guy at your gym and if you wern't you should be thanking God for your natural gift not laughing at people who don't have it.Bodybuilding is,IMO, about making the beat of what you have.If you start at 150lb and build yourself up to 200lb Your a beter bodybuilder than the guy who started at 230lb and ended up 260lb.

5 guys that have to work out together. they spend 10-15 min on each thing they do. If I see these fuknuts doing my body part that day, I switch.

There are these two idiots that always come into the gym and get on a machine and do one set and set there reading the newspaper and then do another set, they take like 20 mins on each machine when I need it. Grr

I don't see all this hate on people using squat bars for curling, I have to do it because of tendonitis in my forearm and also because the regular barbells with the weights already attached are usually taken by the other 15 goons in the gym.
And my workouts are based on high intensity and fast paced. I complete 28-32 sets in an hour WITH a workout partner. So I hate just sitting around sharing a barbell with 2 other guys who take their sweet ass time, it kills my workout because once my body starts to cool down it feels like I am not lifting anymore.
So usually we use the squat bars for curling because after a while it makes you STRONGER because the bar is longer than a traditional curling barbell and you have to balance.
SO PLEASE STOP HATING ON US SQUAT BAR CURLERS!
Oh and I hate hate hate people who wear wife beaters to the gym, no offense to any of you guys who do, but I feel it is the toolish thing you can do.
