Maintaining during pct is hard work for some, I use to hate it and inner self was very down hearted but one thing I kept doing was training hard but with longer rest periods and I would eat eat and eat all the time, didn't bother about fat gains I knew when I needed to pull back and I can completely change my body with 4 weeks anyway so added fat never bothered me one bit. It was the mental side what my battle was with and I had a few battles with my self and others during this period.

I'm on cycle but not using GH. I'm still doing a lot of research into GH and peptides in particular CJC1296 without dac and ghrp-6 to instead of take over my pulses simply stimulate more. Money as always is part of the deciding factor so running GH at high levels would be costly. I'd welcome ppl thoughts

All pains have gone now in my bladder things are looking good or better, on medication for 3 months to fully sort it out but doing ok. This week ive started to put weight back on. I did lose a few bit even though I was priming the worry killed the weight and I dropped a few more lbs than I expected so now its just returning nicely.
I wont be cycling heavy again or even in the higher numbers anymore, ive battered my body over the years with this type of training and it does make you an old man before your time, adjustments are needed all the time to help steer away from injuries and if I go on one of my cycles I will most probably destroy my body even further so ive decided to cycle low for maintenance because believe me at my age and size its fuking hard work to carry on putting on size, it takes all my effect to stay this size anyway and I put that down to my training style and constant consistent diet I have, not these ***** diets floating around certain parts of this forum what are meant to be for swimmers or long distance runner, I mean hardcore eating to maintain and build tissue on a bodybuilder who wants to be big ( enough said ) so gentlemen and the ladies who frequent this thread ive decided to low dose cycle in the near future, not sure when but probably be when my weight starts to slow down. Its cold so I may just do a small bulk and my usually short cycle style.

About 19 pumped right now, not quite I measured the other day and they were a little off. It might sound unrealistic but by April im shooting for 20" pumped. I will be on a lot of gear by then and I can eat enough I see no problem. I always wanted 20" arms. To bad my calves aren't 20" also I hate being fkin tall.
Dang man im a jealous cvnt! lol, I aint gonna get to do no deer hunting this year, my inlaws live in perry GA, around twiggs county and they get some good deer over there I have been fourtunate to hunt it before but no luck.

I'm going to be truthful because that's how I say things and from your pictures you have posted in past thread ect and how long you been on cycle and the way you train, your gear your taking is shit. I'm not interested in what you may think but from my experience the steroids you take a complete fake, underdosed or shit. IMHO seek proper gear and you will see vast improvements. I wont be getting into a debate on here whether you think your gear is good or not but I am 100% certain is cat piss. Sorry if that hurts but from were I am sitting it shines through. Best of luck

Oh and if I had a goal it would be to someday look in the mirror and be satisfied with every muscle group on my body. Sheer size and vascularity all over the place, nothing lacking. I don't know what weight or bodyfat or anything that it would take.
I know I got what it takes. Heart...if you got heart you got anything. Im a fighter and im gonna fight until I cant go on anymore. And come next year there will be no more "beginner" test cycles. Im going a little harder this time. Im just not going to be able to get any bigger without gear I don't think. But im still gonna train hard as I can on or off.
Killed bi's and tri's last night. Only one in the gym, I fought for everything I could get yelling my ass off in the gym lol glad no one was there. After I was done I hit calves, then did one set of abs...I just too spent of energy.

I have to catch up on this thread..... Yesterday was extremely busy for me.
Goals: 280 10-12% bf. that's assuming I have to put a weight down to quantify a goal. I prefer to look in the mirror and be happy even if it means I'm 230..... Idc what the scale says

Glad to hear Marcus. And totally agree with the eating part. You got to eat big to get big, even if little fat comes and it will. You don't have anything else to prove to anybody Marcus with size or strength or whatever. You are the leader and we are all following along.

The way I train I've only just lately incorporated Marcus. As for my gear. Not Gunna argue. I test my raws n brew my self. I'm happy with it. Pics may not show a lot. But under 14 stone to 17 stone 4 in lil over 18months. I'm happy with it. Considering being fraught with injuries I've made good progress. But thanks for the opinion.

Interesting that you say that. With age comes wisdom right! I say that because it takes time to learn exactly what your body needs to make good, safe, consistent gains. I'll give you guys a quick example of how little you may really need when you cycle. I recently upped my TRT dose from the normal 120 per week to 160 for two weeks, then down to 140 for two weeks and I then pulled BW. I did this in effort to raise my E a little to see it's effect on my libido and to also elevate my Free T.
Libido definitely improved going from 24 to 34. Free T did not move that much and shbg only dropped about 5 pts. The interesting part to me is with that small of an increase in dosage for that short period of time my total T came in at greater than 1,500. I've never run test over 500mg so I can only imagine where that puts me. I was considering 750 for my next cycle but now, maybe not.

In all honesty I struggle all the time, ive got the devil and angel on each shoulder fighting for dominance. One side small shorter cycles, the other heavy shorter cycles lol its a battle I am pissed off with but I know one thing for sure at my size I need a few mgs to push the boundaries to increase in size, structure and that will hinder my health and joints what are already battered.
So what I do is look at myself and think when I was 270-280 at 5ft 10" I hated it, couldn't find clothes, felt really unhealthy and I found it hard to be mobile and I do need a certain amount of that for certain reason so WHY????? I ask myself. I can maintain my size now on low dose, my diet and my extreme training so why risk health and keep on pushing things. Everywhere I go people ask me about my size, how long have I trained so why should I risk things. That's why I am thinking
