Just got back from cardio and some ab work. That was it. Came home to check the forum and I was 2 pages behind. Read all of that. Some funny shit. I am glad I found this place. I also agree with whoever said you all could make this a book. It been very helpful. Plus you have people like Marcus and Kel that really knows there shit that gives us there information for nothing. I know for myself that Kel has really helped me out over the last couple of years with my BW. Marcus has help with my workouts along with Nach.

OK, ladies and gents, if there's any chance in hell I'm lifting tonight, it's time.for me to get horizontal. Had a good, hearty breakfast/early lunch meal after giving blood so I may wake up raring to go.

Extensions, 1 feeler, 2 work. Have extension machine maxed.
Presses, 1 feeler, 2 work, really focused on rep control/neg
Front squats, 1 feeler, 2 work, same w/ rep control
Seated leg curls, 1 feeler, 2 work, extreme neg control, machine maxed
Calf raises 3 sets each using leg press and seated calf
Done 35 min. Walking around to combat nausea.

Three and a half fvcking pages since i posted this morning ffs.
Right was at the doc earlier and she said tennis elbow she gave me some anti in and said i can get injections to help with the pain but i can't keep getting them there is only so many they can give.
She said with my work (construction) it may not help as i do heavy lifting every day and cant rest them and with the gym too so i think am just going to have to suffer it.

Today was the best day for me to catch up on this thread. I'm the least popular guy in it at the moment I know, but that doesn't change the fact that you are all very ****ing inspiring and truly motivational.
I don't have anyone around me even close to this motivated, in regard to about anything!
If I come off as overzealous its probably just because I'm so damn excited to have someone, even strangers, committed to improving themselves at such a high level like everyone here.
As always, I'm impressed and humbled. After the longest week I've had in some time, I am glad to have read what everyone has posted today and say that you truly are exceptional! The best of the best for sure.

Leg day done..... Spent too long at the gym. Did cardio first to get the blood flowing and then extensions and leg curls. Followed with squats.
There were two guys from the supp company my sis works with there by the squat rack. We're very close, first name basis now. Anyways..... I went ass to grass with 315 for 10 reps and saw them watching. I ran my mouth a few months ago about my transformation capability and today they saw it :-)
My waist looked small as hell in the belt and my delts are wiiiiiiide lol.
It was a good day today. I just feel depleted and sick now :-(
