Chest and biceps today. First day back in gym in a few months and it was terrible. Strength has gone to hell. Tried a set of rest pause and had to get someone to help me get the 2nd rep off my chest lol. Gotta drop the weight for sure tomorrow. Other than that diet is going ok. 30 min cardio today.
10oz chicken, 1 cup rice, 1 cup mixed veggies.

Hey question for you bio. I had chest and bi's yesterday. Being it was the first time I've been back in several months I'm extremely sore. I have shoulders and tris today. Is it a waste to go to get a half ass workout or should I rest one more day?
