I came down with a head/sinus thing myself. Living on cold meds. Son was off school all last week with it and I guess I got a bit of it. Not as bad as him though. Still been working out just easier, even though feeling beaten down a bit.

Stretch more. That's it really. I am tight on my right side all the way down and I have some stretches from my therapist to focus on. I'll also do more foam rolling than I do now, although that won't be difficult.

Damn, that was a long shift. Headed to the pharmacy to pick up my TRT/syringes and then on to the house.
No lifting tonight before work. Just going to grab a hot shower and collapse for a while.
Chest coming up Tues night. Shoulder is feeling much better, but it isn't going to fool me this time. I'm staying off of the d'bell presses for a good 4-6 weeks minimum, probably flyes as well.
Been a while since I've done a lot.of b'bell work, so I may be posting up some questions so y'all can help me get back in the groove.

Will do, Cape and much appreciated. The sky does look angry as an unpaid hooker. Once this rain gets by us and it dries out for a day or so, I have got to get to cutting grass, limbing trees, etc.

I'm going to give in and get a roller. Does it help you? I've been lying down on my back and bringing my legs side to side. This a helped my lower back a lot. Hopefully with rolling I won't have anymore issues.

I'm done with fly's and cables as well. I'm just changing the angle on the bench and doing more sets. This doesn't bother my shoulder, hopefully this will work.

I really have found my Rumble Roller useful. The hard part for me was learning to stay relaxed while lying on my back on top of the roller and slowly rolling upwards and down over the problem area (for me it was mid and low back issues). If you can, relax and let it dig into the tissue and it will get some blood flowing.
Also, while I'm thinking about it, a while back, didn't you buy a a pair of some kind of the lever lock collars (or something along those lines) that fit an Oly bar? If so, how did they work out for you?

Think it is whatever CVS could get in stock, Kel, or it may be whatever they could purchase the cheapest at that time?
The pharmacy tech says they always have issues with just barely having enough.
Of course, it was filled it after 3/31. On 4/1, my out of pocket amount reset, but anyway.

Edit: I think what they usually have when they are stocked is Sun Pharma. Occasionally, Pfizer, but I can buy it cheaper elsewhere than what they charge.

It helps if I'm consistent. I have various lower back exercises I think a main part of my problem is my QL on my right side and my lower back just stiffens up to protect itself from further injury. A tennis ball has been working well for some knots in between my shoulder blades.

Try those calisthenics I was talking about I had the same issue. Im excited to try the roller now, it felt good that one time I used it, like AG said Im also going to have to learn to relax while on it. It was a crazy feeling.

The one time I used it I had a hard time relaxing, it was kinda crazy, bit Im looking forward to it. Yes I got the RAW velcro's, they are pretty good, they dont work as well as the locks but they are quick and easy. MY friend has the ones from Duffin's site, they dont budge.

You're very welcome. Thanks to you and Nach for the invite! I will be asking questions here for sure, like my vertigo one.

I will keep my log going daily for sure, mainly so I can help other woman if they are trying to figure out if they want to do it or not. I researched a lot on here before my first cycle last year.

Does anyone experience really bad vertigo on cycle of var or know if it causes it? Since later last week, I have started feeling off a little at points throughout the day. Then Friday evening when I was moving my friends storage unit, I was on the 2nd floor and literally felt the building start waving like I was in waves or a building built on rollers for earthquakes, my friend and boyfriend said my coloring was way off and I literally had to sit down cause I thought I was going to pass out. Then Saturday it happened again. It's scary when it happens, cause I am a workhorse and never really get slowed down, and it scares me a little. Sunday it happened again when I was walking through Ikea with my little one, I felt like the building was moving again and very tunnely like it was closing in on me. Had to get out of there super fast. I know I need rest. I have been literally non stop for 3 weeks. Could that be it with working out heavy and maybe not enough calories this weekend? I have upped my calories, and prepped everything last night for this week. Or could it be the var? I have never had these sides prior AND I don't want to not finish this cycle. But I worry I am doing too much. I am also on T3 75mcg/T4 40mcg daily not for vanity, but for actual health. I am also on female hormones 200mg of progesterone, cause I don't produce them naturally.....Any help would be greatly welcomed.

Update: Today it's happening today off and on, but milder. I am making sure to eat every 3 hours something. Not even hungry, but eating.

So did back tonight. Was debating on switching it up. I've been doing back every Monday for awhile now. But ended up still doing back lol.

Wide grip pd 4w 1f 1w (new weight 210) ddd

Smith machine bent rows 2f 1w (nw) 1drop

    Old school tbar 2w

One arm rows using tbar hammer strength machine 2w

Underhanded grip high pully hammer 2w

Then got a phone call from doc, and he cancel my damn appointment for this Friday for the damn epidural. Been waiting months for insurance to finally approve. Get an appointment that works with my schedule and now he cancel. Pisses me off.

I'm so done with this. Such bad luck I'm having

What was the reason for the cancellation? That sucks. Sorry buddy. Did you get rescheduled? Soon I hope. You need some relief.

They said he wouldn't be in the office.

They asked to reschedule but the thing is they want me off my feet for 24 hours after. I had this whole weekend off. Going to Orlando for a concert.

Now have to schedule it, when I have the next day off. Which isn't easy at all.

I'm surviving, so it is what it is. But damn I was hoping to feel normal again

A massage therapist is telling me I need to stretch more. Like 20 minutes after ea workout. That seems excessive to me but I AM hurting from lack of movement.

I need to incorporate yoga and or Pilates. It helps me more than a massage.

    Feel well!

Thanks, buddy! . I'll take a look at both. The spring type clamps do nothing but aggravate me, and my hands are usually shaking too much to deal with the spin lock collars.

I know some of y'all keep up with the strength athletic side of lifting, so this may not be news to you, but if you haven't seen how much Zydrunas Savickas has trimmed down, do a Google and check it out. It's crazy.

    Bump
You think it's just vertigo or having hormones out of whack also could be the problem?? I've had vertigo and it does suck!
