Do a tad of welding if needed to repair or fabricate, but not certified as a pipe welder/shipyard welding.
You know what it's like when your job requires you to hustle.

As far as the night shift, I've pretty much always been a night owl. Plus I don't have to deal with as many people, which is better for everyone. However, they are shifting my hours more towards a modified day shift, the Engineering dept. is trying to bring me into their area full time?
Man of a lot of trades!

Very cool stuff. My uncles and grandfather own very successful sheet metal shops. And back when I was a troubled kid. That's what they were trying to get me to do, and follow in the foot steps.

Now Grandpap passed, one uncle passed (partier) and other uncle retired and repping benefits from the business now.

Kinda wish sometimes I got into it. But wasn't for me.

Yes sir, there are so any facets and specialty areas of metalworking. I really have a lot of respect for the sheet metal guys. It literally is almost an type of art.
Looks like you found your own art with cooking/being a chef, Sfla. All of the meals you describe and post pics of are always badass!

Was up on my feet all night at work so I took a Flexeril. That combined with my earlier script medication is.going to make for a nice little nap as soon as I finish this stuffed Poblano pepper.

Dang, you guys have been busy while I was snoozing. Nice lifts!. Slowly starting to wake up. Stopped by the hospital late in the week and had my sister in law draw and slide my blood through the lab for a CBC. Hematocrit is creeping up, so will go see the phlebotomist friend later today, and then go by my Dr office later in the week for a CBC to see where I am at since I am almost eligible to donate again.
Will be heading down to the shop here in a few hours to knock out some squats.

I like it. It is slowly reducing my bf so that make me happy and it is helping with endurance as well. Just have to keep my diet tight.

The temps are wacky here. 29°F for lows and then we have had a couple of day with highs of almost 80°F. Pear trees are blooming but I'm sure we will see more freezing temps since it isn't even the end of Feb. yet.

Ok, going to dive through the shower and go see the cute phlebotomist lady. Just sitting here fighting with a new wallet right now. I ordered a heavy 1/4" thick x 1-3/4" belt for my wintertime carry and while I was at it I had a new wallet made. An Amish family makes them and they do a great job, but I think it will take just a little time to break in the goatskin wallet. May have to gently clamp the dang thing in a vise.

Side note: Those squats this morning are kicking my ass, but mentally I feel really good about it. I had held off on using a belt on squats until I made it to 3 plates/side and even though mine is a deadlift belt, it really helped me having the belt to push out against. Hopefully, I can slowly keep making progress.

Drained 2 pints and then chugged 1.5 Powerades. Not really a good form of replacement for the saline they return with a double RBC, but has to be beneficial.
Feel much lighter and seem.to he abke to fill up air from my hips all the way up.to my collarbones with fresh air.
Going to eat a stuffed Poblano pepper and a small salad and hopefully the growth process will do its stuff.

Edit: Sh!t, thought it was going to be Poblano peppers, but it looks like a regular old bell pepper to me.

I'm in Orlando this week. Almost 90 next few days.
Disney is not as expected. This is crazy. Take a shuttle here. Take a shuttle there. Didn't realize how spread out it is. Some kid dropped a Duce in the pool. Pool closed.

Lmao yeah cape Disney is frustrating for parents.

Lmfao about the kid though that sucks. Our hotel has one of those lazy rivers I'm hoping to take advantage of if that doesn't happen

Today is what we call a travel day and didn't plan anything. Tomorrow the schedule starts. Make sure to make reservations for meals you want to eat out. They book quick. The ones where the characters are walking around is a min of $100 damn dollars for 2 adults and a child. Wtf. $100 for breakfast? We made a mistake and didn't stay where the monorail runs. $1000 difference but you ride the shuttle for 39 min to 1 hr. Or call uber. We called uber. 5 min ride. He better have the best time of his life to remember when he visits me in the poor house.

18 Disney channels and not one movie channel for $350 dollars a night. Come on. This is rediculas.

We made a mistake and didn't stay where the monorail runs. $1000 difference but you ride the shuttle for 39 min to 1 hr. Or call uber. We called uber. 5 min ride. Wait.. What? $45. Damn it man. No. We went through a Disney travel agent. 3 days $139? But that's per person right? For what this has cost so far I could have flown to Africa and shot 3 plains animals. My first safari cost less than this so far and I haven't even seen Mickey yet.

Well hotel is just cause she works within the companies .

The 139 might just be a Florida resident thing maybe? I just let her deal with all the planning. All I'm there for is to pay for everything :/.

Yeah I'm already planning on being in the whole even with all the hook ups. Least grandparents are going. (Maybe dads having bypass in march) so maybe they will help too.
