Back on Friday:
Shoulder wide (D-Handle) pulldowns: 3 working 10-12 reps
Smith machine 35 degree supported rows: 4 working pretty heavy 8-12 reps. Still love this movement.
Dumbell rows on 35 degree bench (simultaneous): 3 sets 12-15 reps.
Behind back shrugs: 3 sets higher reps 15-18 ish
Dumbell shrugs: 3 sets 15 ish reps.
Really liking back day lately. Progress is being made surprisingly.

Ahh well that explains that!
I'm not a fan of SQ. Why not try something like a 27-29 gauge x .5" and inject it virtually anywhere? Shoulders, hips, etc. If I'm only running TRT I use the aforementioned 27. Painless. It doesn't matter whether the shot is IM, SQ or a bit of both. It all absorbs.

Several days of core challenge - I didn’t keep up this month.
That was it. Worked up a good sweat. More importantly, uplifted my mood. So I’m going to get my a$$ into routine.
4 days a week.
My gf bought a peloton so I’m jellin. I just can’t sign up for a monthly $50ish subscription for inhome live stream!! And do I even need a piece of cardio. Hmmm.
Enjoy the rest of the day!!!

Charger, as I’’m sure you know, back in the day, Arthur Jones had the likes of Casey Viator & the Mentzers doing only one set.
Kel is simply upping the ante! If 1 set is better than 2 or 3, then certainly zero sets are better than one. Plus it’s like Arnold’s approach of willing his muscles to grow. It’s a hybrid approach. However, I immediately contacted a copy write lawyer & now have the rights to the zero set, high intensity, mind over matter training principle! Sorry Kel, you shouldn’t have let the cat out of the bag.
But in reference to this forum and thread in particular, should I make millions on this idea, I promise you all a free t-shirt and other training gear accessories!
