To each his own in this world of ours. I've always trained a little different than my old gym friends (usually harder and faster) which contributed to the fact that I trained alone back then as well. Most of those guys were stuck in the same philosophy and never accepted anything new or would rarely even try something different. Hell, I'd want to squat last in a workout and they'd have a heart attack over it. Pvssies.
Anyway, mix your body parts up how you like as long as it works for you. Hell, I do chest, bi's and tri's in the same workout and have for years. I wouldn't recommend it to most guys but it works for me. Another wrench I'll throw is I sometimes do biceps before chest. Sounds weird right? Try it then get back to me with your thoughts.
Best advice I would give anyone here is to train your weaker body parts first in the week and first in the workout when your are fresh. It's not a rule that Monday is chest day. Rant over. You can now return to your normal TV channel.Last edited by kelkel; 11-01-2013 at 08:44 PM.

There is a great exercise for rear delts that I do that isolates them as an exercise to mix in every 3 weeks I'll try and find a video or else I'll never explain it right lo

Week 2 pics.. I feel like week 1 looked a bit fuller, and I'm down 3lbs. Now 196 vs 199 last week. I've been eating great but I think I skipped cardio all but a couple days last week where I've been doing it every workout this week. Hmm. Also, with respect to the compounds, I kicked off the initial week doing a full ml of TNE, whereas I reduced it to .5 this week. Strength is up.. So I'm not complaining. But I did like last weeks look a little better

Mornin' beasts....im off to eat my second meal of the day. no training today for me, legs and calfs are pretty sore. Considering I put my triceps through something they have never been through before they are not in too bad shape. leaves me wondering if I had more in me. Im out.

Question-for those of you doing intense HIT routines(I've been going 5 weeks of strictly 4-2-2-2 for everything except calfs), how often do you change up to a more moderate type routine? Do you just do a week or so of 3X10/12 and then back to it? Or something else? Just curious.
