With respect to the upcoming doc visit, I'm sure blood will be taken. Considering the compounds I'm currently on which will show increased test levels and most likely increased IGF levels, what are everyone's quick thoughts on how to handle this?

Damn I love you guys man. Its like a brotherhood here. I just got back from the doctor and nothing is seriously wrong with my son. Just probably a virus causing his spiratic high fevers. So all should be well. He is here with me now waiting on his mom to get here.
That's good news. I really didn't want nothing serious to happen.
And with that said, I have a half chicken heating in the oven and rice cooking for my preworkout meal. I have decided to go on and lift tonight. It cant hurt. My bodyfat seems to be rising so I need to lift out all those carbs I think. Im too scared to cut them right now as im trying to grow. back and tri's tonight.

Ok finally posting some pics...smallest guy in here. But getting there.
So im about 6months out from my last cycle. Which ended up being a waste. Had an unexpected mouth surgery just as pct finished. Didn't eat soild food for almost 3 weeks, then for about a month after that barely could get some soilds down. I finished pct at 197. About 1.5 months ago I was 178. I was drnking all my calories. But back into it, and tried to gain too fast so put on a good amount of fat too. V is gone from the waist, love handles are back.

Hate how my pics look, especially my legs. I see separation when I look, but pics do not show at all. Also I have no clue how those measurement look. lol

Nice bro. you have a great foundation to start with I think. You aren't out of proportion. So just keep doing what you are doing to grow. Your legs have a good shape so they will grow into great legs. I know what you mean on the separation, I have the same problem with mine I see them but when I take the pic it goes away???
Another thing I wouldn't worry about measurements anymore unless you are about to start a cycle and then log it while you progress you can see how much growth you are getting. I am leaving mine in the drawer for awhile and just using the mirror for now. Great jonb man, got any before pics?

You on the other hand are sounding a little obsessive. Remember your priorities and hobbies. I do know how it is though. I've been there.

Good news chad. Theres nothing that gives more of a helpless feeling than a sick kid. I have four. Been there. Listen to Cape about prioreties you dont want to burn out.

Legs/abs today..
Switched it up again and, again it didn't go very well. Decided to do abs first based on a conversation a couple days ago in here - I think I may just abandon abs altogether on leg day and do it with another bodypart. Or, I may try to split up legs in two/three different days ie: calves on Chest/bi day, quads on shoulder day, hams on back/tri day. I did that in the past but don't really recall how I liked it or if it was effective (which is the main thing here)
Heavy abs/obliques - 4 movements
Squats:
145x12 feel (back pumps are unbelieveably painful - from doing abs first??)
225x8 - back pumps are too much..
Seated leg press:
360x10 feel (even these are killing my back right now)
720x 6 - done.. I'm in serious pain
DB lunges
70'sx6
Leg curls
120x8
160x4
140x4
Leg extensions:
160x10
220x6
200x6
Calf raise movements - done.

Thanks haz. I think everyone is hard on them selves at some point. Keeps you motivated I think . But I look at old pics and see myself leaner, but def not as strong as I am now. Need to get back on a good cardio routine. I am decently happy with the mirror just not the way pics look.
Plus fiancé doesn't help at all lol. She goes to the gym and loves it, even does some good weight lifting routine. But she is a foodie. And its a hard balance in keeping her happy and my self in a dedicated routine with diet. So right now its a good 4-5 solid meals and then dinner with her is usually a mess lol. And that's my biggest down fall right now. When I was single I was happy eating the same thing 4-6 times a day lol.
But anyways, thanks for the replies guys, would have never posted pics with out this thread. And would have never gotten back with out it too.

Back no triceps tonight.
5 sets wide grip chins
1 warmer with no weigh x 14. last 4 added a plate. something like 12x9x8x5
last two sets forced reps. assistance given to me thank goodness from my brother. Was awesome going down at the negative as slow as I could and feeling the stretch in my lats.
3 sets t bar rows
1 warmer 2 working
2 sets Hammer Strength row
1 warmer 1 working as many as I could get
It looks short but it really wasn't that short. More volume than it probably looks I was spent after the tbar rows to be quite honest. I hit the front lat spread and thought I seen some growing going on
