thanks marcus for the kind words brother.. means a lot. I can't tell you how much of an impact this thread has had on my routine.. physical and mental. The fact that I can come back here and hang out with so many great people and learn techniques and ask questions, is inspirational and educational, and holds a great deal of value to my training, and so many other's I'm sure.
As I said in PM.. the diary is hands down the best thread in AR history.. can I get an AMEN?!

Marcus may not have time right this minute but I'm sure he will and from his previous post to you he's dead on the money. I have a minute or two. If you want I can post here because it may help others but I need some answers from you I don't know if you want them out here but only if you want my experience and thoughts let me know and if so where. I have been where you are almost let my family go. Had some hard years but we are happier now than before we got married. I'll be glad to talk or listen.

Damn it. Got fluid building on my right delt again. This sucks. Last time I pulled over 10 cc of brown gunk out. White blood cells fighting an intruder. No idea why this is starting to happen. Am I injecting between the muscle? I'm lean enough 1 in in is deep. 2 weeks of this crap. Ahhh.

Wow I moss a day and everything happems. Some really poignant and thought provoking posts here and re the life and bb'ing lifestyle and balancing them both.
I've been strict with myself the last 6 monthd re diet going away for a week now and it'stime to relax it a bit while away nothing crazy but the odd bad meal here and there over week will be done.
My changes haven't been as noticable as the rest of the lads but I see it myself the thickness and size is piling onto me and as many people have said this thread has helped me no end like the rest of the lads.
Tonight was back for me again nice and light and just worked the pump.

Hit back tonight, and here was the significant part.
Half-way through I just wasn't feeling it, thought it was becoming a shyt workout. Took a short break, thought about some stuff that makes me angry, and took it all in a better direction. Even tried thinking of Marcus with a pair of pliers on my ear

WTF man!!! That is crazy. I get some swelling every now and then. Actually have some above my left knee now but I don't have the balls to drain myself. Mine usually occur if I have to hit the same area within a week of the last injection. Usually the swelling ends up being 8 to 10 inches away from where I injected.

My opinion only and it don't mean nothing. But rack pulls honestly built my back, and it built it really damn quick. Heavy, hard, force yourself to do it kind of reps. The kind of reps where it looks like your face is going to explode. As you said rows will help too, I prefer underhand grip, I get a better squeeze in my back like that and I can go higher with the rep. The range of motion feels better to me. I think overhand helps with the width more. Im not expert though. Marcus and Kel should be able to point you in the right direction my friend.

Glad it worked for you, for me its very easy to think of something from my past what feeds the fire inside of me, within 10 seconds I can release adrenalin and this mighty force inside wants to get out. I can channel all my aggression on the weights because I know its one set to complete failure and beyond and its only me who can do it. I think to myself all the time strict form, full range of motion and take my body into those last few reps what build that big thick fibers erggggggggggggggggg

If you check out a page or so back you will see a conversation between me and cape regarding back thickness, its all about rows but hot them from different angles and swap and change the contraction point, mind muscle connection is very important with back training master this and you will be able to target any part of the back and feel the pump and burn.

Over the last few weeks and the health issues ive been going through I did still carry training the best I could, infact I really had some hard heavy sessions but I will say this to everyone so you all know I am not some robot without emotion. It was the first time in my life I was really scared the thoughts what were going round in my head were bad and I couldn't stop them. I didn't sleep for a week maybe got an hour a night and once I got the results back the weight off my shoulders was immense. I cant describe the sleep I had that night ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I it was nice. So guys you may see me strong and training like a mad man and have a strong mind set but I can honestly say the last few weeks I was weak and down BUT not out cold.

i am just glad that everything turned out fine. but nobody here thinks you're a robot, Marcus. with all the attention and help you're giving freely to all the members in this thread and also the whole forum, you have easily earned the respect and admiration of everyone.
being sick, having to worry and lose sleep, these are not signs of weakness. its just normal human reactions to unforeseen circumstances. how you cope and deal with it shows your mental strength. if i were worrying about having cancer, i would be hiding in my room and crying, not going to the gym and throwing weights around.
once again, glad you're back. Kel was getting overworked, answering all the questions when you were away.

I think the above is why we all were concerned about you man. You are not a robot as you but when you speak and give people advice it always feels and sounds genuine compared to some people who just pay a lip service to "helping" you are genuinely excited for all us younger people gaining size which shows bb'ing is in your blood.
Also thanks to kk and everyone else who inspires us all on this thread by posting and constantly improving themselves so we all can improve ourselves

I pin more than enough brutha. Ed in fact and no small amount either. If your getting problems like this I really really think you should stop n get it totally cleared up. Cuz if u got an infection and you essentially keep feeding it you'll no doubt end up with a hole where your delt should be. And no one wants that. If you've had the problem b4 n ur gears from the same source I'd change em mate. Cuz u should NOT get 1cc of fluid. Let alone 10 or more. Never had a fluid/infection etc. N I'll go through nearly 35cc a week (I do biceps n use a relatively low Dose test e base in any muscles I feel are lagging. My usual is Sunday to Fri 4cc a day. I don't workout weekends as have my daughter n kinda have a day off pinning on the Saturday. But getting back on subject. Please get that checked out. Hate to see yet another guy on here end up with tubes hanging out of em to drain crap out.
Stay healthy matey.
But if u decide to keep going I'd think about going through re sterilizing ur gear via filter/autoclave just to be on the safe side n lay off the Delts totally until its 100% cleared up.
