Morning HITers!
Fvk me my chest Is screamin'... Still feeling like hot lava in there(deep across the whole outter/upper pec and all in between lol)! I figured out what was bothering my R tricep... It's been yes since it was locking out the way it should have... Just weaker in the long head - or when I try and externally rotate my shoulder(which is always a task in itself)... Things are looking up - I see my shape slightly changing(more full too - when im carbed up) by the week! Tris are widening and back is thickening while traps are growing longer(out to shoulder more)...
Just ranting a lil - feeling good about things!

I'm wired to the max so sorry for this waffle guys, eph and coffee just sends me off the chart.
Reps - lets look at reps, I see hundreds of guys doing reps every single fuking day, cvnts doing reps and reps and then asking me how do I get legs like you Marcus, or how do I get my tricep to hang like yours and these guys are the guys who once finished their reps they talk normal, read the phone , send a text message and say hey that was nice session.
What do I say over and over to these guys, why don't you train triceps with me and I will show you what a fuking rep is, positive negative and even static and we will force our minds to overcome the intense pain our bodies which are telling us to stop, at this stage this is where the magic happens. That's why I have legs like your body, that's why my arms are like your legs and that's why you watch me train.
I don't want to come off like I know it all because I don't, but I do know something what is 100% and I will defend this until I am banned and struck off the forum and that is- I know my own body, I know what I have to go through to make it bigger, thicker and larger than any other guy in my town, that's a fact and for me I have to go through hell, now if your gifted and can pick up a 40lb db and curl and get 21" guns fair enough but that's not me I had to earn my size with many health consequences which are biting my arse as we speak, yes I am scared what damage I may of occurred but I am a giant among normal men and that gives me a rock fuking hard on.
My goals are changing but my methods what I preach throughout this thread are 100% true and ive lived all these painful workouts day in day out for over 30 yrs, not time off or once I had time off to have my toe nail taken out but I was back in after a couple of weeks so that's hard core for 30 yrs and I get pricks asking me how do I get my size, what gear your own. AS if the gear is going to give me my size, I could tell them use the same stuff and you wont come close because your reps are different than mine. My eye shake, mu hands shake and I have to over come a pain barrier in my mind.
You want size do you? pay the price unless your seriously gifted. There is no easy way around it.

I don't plkay at this, I never have. I have lived this lifestyle for 30 yrs and been through fuking hell emotionally and mentally and its cost a lot of things I regret but remember a rep is just a rep and a set isn't just a set

Yesterday I had to train two staff members(trainers)... They hadn't a clue what was coming... I made em do HIT... Had em both puking(on the floor/& running to the bathroom to shyt themselves)! Had em collapsing and begging to quit(one didn't finish - the other I knew had it in him... He kept going! Just figured I'd share - as they've never experienced true positive failure ever!
A few of the other trainers got pissed at me... lol fvkin cvnts!

Marcus I agree and most people just do not understand what we give up and give to live this lifestyle. It literally is blood sweat and years in the gym mentally physically and emotionally. Then there is the food dedication forcing down enough good to match your training to give the body what it needs to grow be then knowing when to let your cns recover. It takes a long time to put it all together!

Yes sir, I had read it inhibits PDE 11 in skeletal tissue and had noticed a little discomfort in my lower back but I was able to manage the discomfort with toe touches and a little stretching. Recently however, whenever I do toe touches my stupid nose starts bleeding. I'll get it sorted soon.

I destroyed many many things in my life what cant be put right, I put training first, I put steroids first and everything else in my life was second. I was selfish and look what happened. Who the fuk am I? I'm not stood on stage in the top ten of the world but I wanted size, size over took me and size is what I wanted and that's the route I took. I try not to look back but ive hit this head on I don't just rep and do sets I attack that session like going to war and my life depends on it, that's the difference to the guy who ask me how do you get to your size, what gear your taking- fuking gimpy cvnts. Just train with me and you'll know even injured I will destroy men its what makes me smile.
Reps are just not reps, sets are not sets, its tools what we use to take our bodies to a place they have never been before

Hell Yes! Good forum day so far. Glad I had a break to come in and read!
Did the calf routine last night after the kids went to bed. It takes me all of 15-20 minutes to do it, so its perfect for a later nighter. I'm almost up to using 300lbs hitting 10 reps on every set, but not yet. Still progressing though. Wish I could get some assisted reps, but I cannot so I just go til failure. Last night was 11, 9, 7.
Teaching all day today, but eating and maybe hitting chest/shoulders later.

Had a great trap/shoulder workout this morning guys. Everything felt good. Had to do a lot of drop sets because my partner pussed out.
So I was looking in the mirror afterward at myself. Thinking fuxk your a small mfer... does anyone else ever do this?
Maybe I don't eat enough, hell I don't know. Everyone tells me I pretty big guy. But shit I don't feel it.

Pushed the quad a little more tonight with no issues, so maybe it's just a matter of time to punish it back to where it was and then keep rolling with it. Decided to add hacks back in to see how well the leg healed. Will keep.them in the routine now and slowly push the weight back up. I kept them fairly light for.tonight.
2 sets crunches
Leg extensions- 2 w/u, Work-13+,drop,6+,drop,8+. Slow 10 count hold on partials.
Jefferson squats- 1 set of 10 w/ left foot forward and 1 set of 10 w/ right foot forward.
Hacks- 1 w/u, Work-6-4-2. Only 2 plates/side but will be pushing it on up.
Reverse hacks- Work- 8 - 4. 200#/ side on these and will slowly work the weight back up on these also.
Leg press- 12 reps at about 50-60% of my old weight.
Standing calf raises superset with seated calf raises. I already had seated machine loaded so after standing raises I moved over to seated calf machine - Standing- Work-14 - 6 - 4 w/ 10 count hold on last rep. Seated calf raises- Work-8 - 4+ with a long 10 count hold on last partial. I did add a double bounce to the standing calf raises. Ouch!
Leg curl- Work- 13+, drop, 7+, drop, 4+ with a 10 count hold on all partials.

Today is a recover rest day for myself guys. Legs are still sore as hell from the other day. Shoulders are nice and tired dull feeling from yesterday. This morning I went in and did 40 min slow pace cardio.Trying to take this day off thing a little better than I have in the past. At least 1 full day off and 1 day of just fasted cardio a week.
I am down about 10-11 lbs. From 6 weeks ago.
I only have one more thing to get before I have everything on hand for my cycle for this summer. First time running a cycle during the summer. Just have to plan it out and make sure I will not be leaving during it. I have a trip planned in May so its looking like it will be after that.... which sorta sucks because I am ready. Its just not worth trying to take it on the plan with me.

Marcus, thank you for this post. It relates to my life in many ways.
Thank you for always finding a way to relate your passion and internal fire into a post here. I, myself, understand and appreciate your points and at a time I was confused about who you were and what you were to this place. Months later, I do realize what kind of effort you have put into not only your life, but your life here. I have begun seeking out people and friends who have similar passions because I feed off of it, I love it. So to me, you are a great influence.
Don't ever think you are ranting or waffling or whatever. You are being motivational, inspirational, and honest.
Changing your goals and changing your approach to training will not change your approach to reaching those goals. You will find success in any endeavor you pursue in your future training/life goals, because you approach them with such tenacity. I'm trying to re-examine my life and some situations I find myself in, to find people and places that help me unleash my passion and tenacity as well.
Thanks, Marcus and everyone here who lays it out there and gives everything that you have, and thanks for sharing that here. Its unique and that's what makes this place special.
