    Yesterday I did just biceps, was a quick session due to some stuff I had to sort out but got a really good session in.

    I am still taking it easy due to health issues so this pullback is going on for sometime.

    Seated DB alternate curls
    3 warm up sets
    1 working set done with TUT method - took these to failure

    bent over hanging concentration curls
    2 sets - TUT again these burnt like hell

    standing straight bar cable curls
    2 sets- TUT again elbows pinned


    forearms

    Hammer curls -db
    3 sets both done with TUT pyramiding weight up

    single wrist curls db
    2 working sets high reps

    Fresh, I don't want to comment because I can't offer too much, but if squats are an issue I would opt for moderate weight leg presses provided they feel comfortable. Sorry I can't give you more input.

    Reason i asked is cuz i'm new to squatting,and without a meniscus in my right leg,i'm afraid i might brake it if i lift heavy.

    Just back from doing shoulders and traps good session. Seated db side raises for a warm up and some stretching.

    Standing db side raises 1 working DD one side at a time **new weight**

    Seated db press 1 working DD. **new weight**

    Rev db fly 1 working 1 drop face down on bench.

    Rev cable fly 3 sets high rep

    BB shrugs 1 working DD

    Behind back BB shrugs 1 working DD

    Done.
    Great session guys ok on the side raises i took the three db and sat them on ma bench. I did One working on the right side then straight over to the left dropped it first drop on right then straight to the left and so on.
    No stopping it was burning like fvck really good i like doing with no rest gets a good sweat going on.

    Db press ohhh that was good got up to the last weight did 5 solid clean reps so i stopped and said fvck yes am going for it so racked it and got the new weight. Boom 7 good clean reps but fvck me the last two were a push but they are the fvckers that count. Droped it i had to have a breather here lol then got 5 good solid rep from my drop.

    Rev cable fly was just for something different guys as i really find it hard to get a good burn doing a working and drops for rear delts so i just did high rep one weight but it done it for me very very good burn i was fvcked.

    BB shrugs i love these and behind the back ones. I always do front first though going to try and bump the weight up next wk any one can throw weight on a bar and do pure sh!t reps and kid on they are lifting heavy but fvck that we know that's crap it does nothing.
    I like very controlled reps doing these and been kinda stuck for a few wks now but my trap are growing very well.
    I never put the bar down i'll do my working set and i'll know i've only got a few reps left i will stop have a wee breather and let the weight stretch my traps then up and hold squeezing hard for the last few then do the same with my drops.

    Well, I'd seek some input from a doctor if at all possible. When it comes to training, like Marcus said, if it hurts don't do it. Find an alternative. I'd experiment with different foot placements and also always try to keep the knee from extending out over the foot. A slightly wider stance will help with this. Squats are no worse than any other exercise, just use appropriate form to meet your physiological needs.

    Enjoy that time off. I plan to get in some intense lifts on my days off. Like you said, we always go wide open, but with a few days off, I can explore failure a little deeper.

    I warm up with moderate weight, slow rep extensions, r.curls, calves and the girly leg press machine. Has helped to much with my knees and lower back.

    Well I go back to the Doc tomorrow(these teeth or no teeth) are killing me still.... I'll have a good day then my face will be swollen(I'm wondering if it has to do with cleaning it 6+ a day after eating b/c normal people eat maybe 3x a day?) idk I hope i didn't get dry socket... Will find out 'the mora'

    With a wider grip It could be some nerves getting pinched?! With elbows pinned and a wide grip any wrist probs? I've noticed on an oly bar I sometimes will feel a pinch on a nerve(rare but maybe positioning...

    Done with chest today

    Dumbell presses and pec dec and finished. Had a training partner today and put him through a HIT session.

    He was hurting like a mfkr but enjoyed it. He's a motivated lil fvcker..... Sick like me :-)

    This partner may actually workout. He asked to train back with me tomorrow..... I was surprised!
