    Sunday, 2.5 miles on elliptical, some foam rolling, and 1/2 mile walk.


    Today, Lil burner:

    10 minutes rowing
    30 back extensions
    1 mile walk at 2.5 incline

    Might do something later, need to stretch good

    Back not too bad today but Iíll have to lay off some. So pissed as Iíve been real consistent lately.
