    Meh, went in and did some shoulders and foam rolled. Body really tight so took it easy. Not sure if from shooting my bow or dehydration. Lil too much carrying on this week. Getting back in the dating scene will do that

    Been taking it easy this week and trying to let my back heal up some. It really never hurt so thatís a plus. Went in and did some light chest flys and cardio. Still going to cut my grass and shoot my bow a little later on.
