I think it looks good and nothing wrong with the 2 days off. When I work arms I like doing bi's and tri at the same time super setting. My arms get an enormous pump and I would do chest and shoulders together if your going to keep doing 2 groups Ed. That's just my preference though. So do what you like just ease into it and keep adding a little more each week

Agree 100%, Im just 2 weeks back in, I did quick, one exercise full body work outs the first week every other day and now every week I turn it up on one body part until Im going 100% again. I feel great, take your time and do it perfectly, put a lot of thought into it.

    Hello all.......

Im 2 weeks back into training after 5+ weeks off because of work, kept my diet good, after 3 weeks I started getting soft and bf went up but not to bad right now Im focusing on getting my size back then I will pull the bf off. As recommended by Kel I finally switched to eod training and Im so pissed I didn't listen sooner. I feel incredible it was just hard to adjust to having the end of the week come and I didnt get all my body parts in, now I dont even think about it. I go into the gym focused, with energy, not sore and Im actually really enjoying it

My main focus right now is my chest, I've had a shoulder injury for the past year that Im not really able to train chest at all. After some thought I figured out I can do push ups with no pain, so push ups it is. Im trying to do them at night and in the morning. The mornings I get a set in and the I have to jet out, but Im trying LOL. I have to get my wife up in the attic I know I have a set of perfect push ups there, I just have to find them, I have a cheezy set of plastic ones right now but they work.

    Yesterdays workout

    Bi's/Tri's

Hammer curl machine-6 warm ups-1 working set
    Rope PD's/Overheads -6 warm-2 working
Standing cable curls little higher then shoulder height-3 warms-1 working (as I got some weight on these I felt my shoulder)
    Cable kick backs-4 sets
Standing low cable bent bar curls- 3 warms -2 working
Single arm cable push downs-3 sets moderate weight

    Abs

Now Im starting out for a while with these "easier" exercises, each week Ill add one "harder" exercise.

I feel good and Im excited for the future with my training.

Thanks man. Had a killer leg workout today. Well killer for me at the moment haha. 3 sets of 10 on squat. Squats felt great, like I never stopped doing them.3 sets 10 leg press, same for lying leg curls, extensions and calve raises. For the leg curls and extensions the machines for each leg are independent I guess you would call it. Never worked out on machines like that but man do I love it. It forces slow and controlled movements. Just an overall great day at the gym. Easing my way back until I feel comfortable again.

That's awesome. No, not now. I've put on an embarrassingly high amount of weight. I won't cycle again until I'm down to around 15% bf. I've got a ways to go.... I found out something interesting today though... The "guy" I said "what's up man" to at the gym for the past couple days turns out to be a woman called Stella Krupinski. YouTube her. Owner of brute strength gym here in VA. You may have to Facebook her but good lord she looks like a man now!! Strong as an ox though..

I see man. I know you know what you are doing and injuries suck. I have to deal with them to. One good thing is as we find ways to work around them sometimes we do lifts we are not used to and sparks new growth. Nice training session yesterday. I'm looking forward to getting in the gym tonight and training back!!
