Joint pain = usually low. IF that's the cause. Only one way to tell but if you've made changes to your protocol with added adex it's the likely culprit.

Good week in the gym, only missed one session due to my schedule but was heavy and intense. Dropped around 3 lbs in 3 weeks which has made a difference.
Just finished arms and forearms which was short heavy and intense, pumped those babies up to the max to a point were I cant touch the back of my head lol

Yep, probably not right to do arms with legs but it's just a thing I've done since forever again probably not right but just something I do. Legs was unreal we did a killer press routne as myself and the training partner were on it last night.

We did 35 kg more on the last leg press and rest pause. To extra heavy drop sets and one to forced positives and supported negs. Needed to up the leg game this week they are destroyed today. Had a crazy pump even still they are tense.

Then did wuad raises and hamstrings with lungs was destroyed. Arms was just supersetting tris and bi's but had a crazy pump from the blood flow in general in my body.

    Really really enjoyed it

Yes, they are usually good videos. Most all are produced by a friend of mine, Mike Pulcinella. If you ever want to watch a good video watch the "Raising the Bar" series which he produced. The main character is Dave Pulcinella (his brother) and it's about his quest for a pro card. He lives in the same area as I do and he's a very sharp guy.

Yes. Mike actually does not live here now but Dave still does. I know Dave better and Mike via Dave. He (Dave) has his own training and nutrition business and is doing well. He's thinking about competing again. He's up to about 250lbs with some abs! Many of the people he's training are doing well, especially the fitness girls.

Been eating a hell of a lot last week way over my TDEE, appetite is through the roof so ive been going for it and getting as much in as possible, strength as gone up, muscles feel bigger and fuller, holding a bit of water due to the increased sodium but nothing to bad. Up to around 8-9 meals a day not sure how long this will last until my stomach explodes

Sounds like u had a damn good day and progressive week. Nice one. I still gotta get past this mental eating block. But. Im going to shop later. So Kilo and a half of Turkey breast slices will be in the fridge by this evening!!!

I've been like this since I did a month of eating no rice/potato/pasta/bread. Would that of had an effect u think? Was just on greens n fibrous veg only. I Felt healthy. And also Dropped fat quick. But diet and food intake has regretably been a bitch to increase this time round.

Thinking of starting simply with the chicken/turkey breast n rice. Simply increasing my portions instead of trying to eat more regular. I wil Forgo most of the the fibrous veg. I.e do without.

Yes. Sounds simple. Eat more eat more. I didn't miss that part. The problem is eating enough without feeling nauseous after.

After editing this. I think it might have been in my head. Or the fact I cut out way too much carbs as in no rice.pasta or potato. I've only added a bit of pasta n rice to some meals. And weight is again on the up. So it looks so far this week. I just needed to swap complex Carb (green beans/mixed frozen veg) for more simple carbs. Rice n pasta for some meals.

Hope this is more understandable. Apologies for my abbreviated grammar along with. Well. Shit spelling or wrong words altogether.: $

Think ink of starting simply with the breast n rise. Forgo the fibrous veg. N increase that first?. Just to keep it simple? Any thoughts?

I know but you and Marcus are freaks lol. I'm trying to loose some stubborn fat that is just hanging round now. I have cleared away an awful lot. I must get into carb cycling now. But just if I am honest frightened to do just incase I loose muscle mass but I need to get the finger out and get some ideas for food etc

Tonight was a crazy session. Went back to Marcus' original post to me for training. We have left the pyramidding now its back to the heaviest weight and 6-8 rep range then 4 and failure, then negs and dropset was crazy again

No. Never used either one. I'd try GH in a heartbeat if I could but with my pit tumor there's a risk that it could cause it to grow. If I ever blow my nose and a little marble comes out, I'm on it!

Lol. Wouldn't that be the easy way!

Post above mentioned eating when youre hungry, eating when youre not hungry. I need to increase the processing rate or something. Lately I have a hard time keeping it all in. was eating 5500ish cals/day for a few months but lately it seems to be sitting in me longer. I'm getting stronger every workout and a little leaner but staying the same weight. I guess as long as strength keeps increasing I won't sweat it... No pun intended lol.

After some time conversing with the youth of today at work I think I can decipher what he's saying:
In a nutshell he's not going to eat lots of small meals at intervals but bigger meals with larger time span between them?

You never know he may advocate 1 meal a day lol

I maintain my muscles tissue and size from eating frequent meals spread throughout the day, I don't fall into all this fasting shite or 1-2 large meals so long as it fits your requirements. When your carrying a lot of muscle to maintain you HAVE to eat regular, if I want to cut I manipulate my carbs via carb cycling and increase my cardio, if I want to bulk I eat more per meal. Feed to body with regular nutrition and give it what it requires. You never see really big guys eating one or two meals per day or fasting for hours on end.

If it works for you that's great but you really need to look at how much muscle your retaining and how much bf your losing. Muscle tissue is very precious to me and I will not waste it away from stupid diets, I go through hell trying to build new tissue and maintain what I got and my body screams to be fed, so I feed it regular

    Thanks Pann for the explanation.

Good call. I've been on a 100 but thinking of raising it to 150.

Does deca really help joints that much? Haven't tried deca yet. I have some but its for my next cycle although I've got enough to use it for joint therapy. Is the effect also present in tren ? Only making the query based on both being nor19 derivatives. I didn't notice any effect on joints from tren on my last cycle, or so I thought... Now that I think about it I didn't have shoulder pain until I started pct. Still with me whenever I go heavy with any upper body movements.
