I kinda cheated last night... I had chicken cooked - I shredded it, all the fixings(veggies you want), lil salsa, cheese, soft or hard corn tortilla - & if I'm feeling spry I'll throw in some sour cream/& guacamole (which I did) but it was smothered in cheese hit the spot - I'm getting out the real recipe later I'll post it up

Since switching to ground beef I've been holding my weight much better(& the 12-15 eggs a day) Was up to 213 last night! Started at 198 about 6wks ago - may run for another 2wks(the extra rest is certainly helping)

I agree he's gotta shot at the O now or they're giving him the Arnold(tho he. Looked awesome) instead of that O?!

I was just checking out the footage - he did(warren) fall...

I think Dexter knows his body better than anyone on the stage(he's been pretty much maxed out genetically) but is definitely one of the best coming into a show on a consistent basis!

The eating becomes routine. It's necessary to get to where you want to eat. I've been eating 6-7 meals and a shake a day for the last 3 years. Gotta do what we gotta do. If anyone if interested in what MY day looks like routinely, don't be afraid to ask.

I got up to 245 but not tight enough for my liking even if offseason. Trying to get the weight back up there but stay harder and tighter. Slow process but much better than gaining a bunch of fat and having to take it all back off.
