To a degree, I'm burning through these carbs brother, I tried the other night to hit 200lbs in am at night I was only 201(knew I wasn't but) - next morning 194.5 wtf... That's awesome! Ive lost nothing/muscles have better shape /& gained 2-3 lbs while off... So Im just gonna prime(but much smarter)
