Actually I like some kinds of blood sausages, even "invented" a risotto made with it.

Need the right sausages for it though.

had nice light session for my shoulders, went well, burned 20 min cardio, felt like I could push for longer but since I was all in the zone before I stepped on the machine 20 min's was more than plenty technically speaking.

Feeling great, have great Sunday yo'all people

    Legs (yesterday)

    adductor machine - 4 sets

standing calves - 2 warmups, 2 working, last with drops
seated calves - 2 feelers, 1 working with drops and partials.

Lying leg curl - 3 sets, to warmup tight hamstrings
hammer standing standing unilateral leg curl - 1 feeler, 2 working, last with drops and partials, beyond failure barely could curl my own leg weight lol
stiff legs deadlifts, no lock - low weight 4 sets to stretch the muscle

leg extensions - 2 warmups, 2 feelers, 1 working set with drops and partials, its so fucking painfull ffs
Squat machine - 3 sets, my quad is feeling better, put 3 plates each side and didnt feel the injury

Nice w/o BB! I'm gonna go for 315 on stiff legged deads this wk... 275 was a lil easier than I thought(10+ reps)... btw how heavy do you go on those? I loved that exercise!

Used to do it with 3 plates, sometimes put another plate or half. Nowadays prefer starting with leg curls so dont have to put so much weight, better for injury prevention. Got a couple of small tears in my left glute, and most days it was the grip that gave up first anyways.
Remember doing 11 reps with 3 and half one time, its a very long time to hold the loaded bar as I do it almost touching my feet, sometimes I stop on the bottom

Love the hammer standing leg curl, I go to failure so the deads are more to stretch and attack the muscle in a complete different way.
