    Well a week and a half away from the gym. Its crazy how lazy you get get when away from the gym. I'll be restarting the training regime on monday and diet haven't eaten any crap per sey but just not eating enough jet lag is a bastard lol

    Really hit me this time round as we just landed in the US and were back on a plane again

    Something similar but not as much tren, that would be too much for me as ive never used it before I would think. Starting low and increase later.

    If I was running 800 tren I would be running 250 - 300 test.
    I have a lot less sides. I have run it both ways. This works for me. Some others they say no way.

    I used to be in that camp but my body LOVES testosterone . I can make gains on just test. I freakin love it. So now I keep it higher. The tren hardens me up and gives THAT look

    It was pretty massive. I stayed in the free weight area. But I did get a shake at the bar afterward... That was nice.

    It hardens me up nice and I seemingly lean out while adding size. I maintain my weight yet lean out..... Like a body recomp.

    So by carb cycling and hittin cardio..... Ill lean out real nice

    Alright fellas time to get back to it! After almost letting the sleep meds become a serious problem, I'm rebounding from a very demotivated time. Since the most improved challenge gym time has been sporadic at best, diets been shit, and I've let myself fall to hell.

    Pretty disgusted with myself now compared to my ending the challenge, and it's time to change it!

    Welcome back Dpyle.. tomorrow is a new day. Glad you're head is back in the game now.. you know what to do.. piece it all together; nutrition, training, rest. I know the feeling you're speaking of though, and the first few days are the hardest. Stick close to this thread and you have support!!
