Slowly waking up. Kind of getting aggravated with work and the crazy schedule, so will try to carry the aggravation down to the shop with me and use it during my bicep!triceps lift tonight.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

that's exactly what ive been brushing up on your priming and burst cycling threads as im thinking high dose short duration is intriguing and id like to give it a go...thinking 750 to 1g test c,400-600 deca and might even try to pulse d-bol in there or use it as a kick start...and of course eat like an animal and train HIT style to change things up...

Interesting video from Mark regarding HIT Vs Volume and his interpretation on it.
He usually talks utter rubbish and just tries to sell his products but some comments in this video will help many guys understand what it takes to train true HIT.

So today I've been eating NON stop.... An hour after I'm done I feel hungry again. This feeling is fvcking WELCOMED! After being sick and not hungry for a while my body must be starving for nutrition. I can almost feel the growth haha :-)

Funny you say that Haz, I couldn't seem to get enough food today either. Great to get back in there today after 4 days off.
Chest:
Flat db flys: 2 warms, feel set, and working set. 90'sx6, dropped to 80x4. Reps were slow and concentrated. Very careful not to injure myself on these heavy flys.
Wide press hammer strength: 2 platesx10. 3 platesx6, drop to 2 plates + 1/4x6. The reps on the drop set were slow negative and bursts reps with long holds at the top. Hurt like hell and felt amazing.
Decline bp: 315x3.5. I wanted more but this is good. Dropped to 275x4, dropped to 225x4.. Went for a 5th and.. Nope..
Cable flys: went heavy and kept hands at the top of the rep low, dropped and was still heavy, repped out a few more and hello failure. Nice to see you again.
Huge dinner and can barely move right now.

I've read it a few times, but it's been over a year I would say.

Settled in at work now. Had a decent go at biceps and triceps tonight. I wasn't particularly impressed with the lift or myself at the time, but it's~ 2 hours post lift now and biceps are aching. Triceps are feeling fatigued, so maybe it was better than I think.
Seated d'bell curls- 2 w/u, Work-6+,drop,3+,drop,2+,drop,3+ - 2+.
Incline d'bell curls-2 w/u, Work-5,drop,2+,drop,3+ - 2+.
D'bell preacher curl off back of bench- 5+,drop,2+,drop,3+ - 5 cheat reps w/ slow neg.

Arms don't wanna move today as chest is so sore! Yesterday I was a little let down from what I perceived as an "off" back workout. And that may still be true, but my back is very exhausted this morning. By noon, the soreness should start setting in. Upper body movement getting "painful." Love it!!

Clocking in ladies(Monsters)!!! Feel great, slept like a champ. Arms are going to fall off, legs are still sore and I am going to put my shoulders in so much pain they only have one option, to fxkin grow.
