    You up for an experiment?

How about training hit for a week and tell me what you think and feel like?

If you have a partner go with forced and negs if not drops or rest pause.

Failure means failure before any drop or rp or forced and negs then go failure again. Get the mental aggression going pre and during work out.

What you think? You will to try

    Shoulders today before work

    Hammer strength press
    250x6 drop x 3

    Smith press
    185x4 dropx2

    Lateral raise
    40x5 rpx1 drop x 2

    Front raise
    35x4 rpx2 drop x 2

That was 30 mins...didnt have time for shrugs. Took a few pics but was all jacked up...hands were shaking too much. These are the only two that are remotely visable lol.

The way you are training now is exactly the way I trained. I switched to this style and have experienced new growth. It has got me all fired up about lifting again. You will learn to take your mind and body to places you never dreamed of before. The knowledge and support in this thread is amazing! Good luck in your journey!

24/7 feeding is another level. Not done it for years but when I vwas stuck at a certain weight I would implement this. Up every night at least twice . Hardcore days lol

Week 5 progress pic. Back shot. Lost a few lbs since the discontinuation of GH or whatever the hell that was. Down to 203 from a high of 208 last week. Still have CTS which has me a little worried. I feel like it should be gone by now, I stopped a week ago.

Thanks for the info Marcus. The idea of shorter cycles incorporated with the pre-cycle prime makes so much sense to me. Seems like a person should be able to add muscle with little fat gain while on cycle then carb- cycle the excess fat off before the next cycle. This way you don't get the big up and downs in bodyfat.

Thanks man. Not overly happy with this past week over week progress. Probably due to the weight loss. Still strong though and actually increased weight in all movements today from last week so that is good. Feeling full...

Your pics look great. Looking forward to seeing your progress moving forward with the new routine.

Nice sfla. Something Marcus suggested to me last week: as opposed to doing two of the same movements for example hammer strength press and then Smith press limit that to one press movement and go harder and heavier on that one.

It's so easy to get obsessed with that number on the scale! You want to be 200lbs. , then 210lbs, then 220, and on and on. It's never ending. It's hard to see that number go down even if you look better in the mirror. Massorexia!

Pre cycle priming is to create a very anabolic environment and to open a growth spurt window. The fat loss is a bonus but it's done very slowly so you maintain tissue while opening a growth spurt.

    Haha. I hear that!

There's this 5' smokin hot girl that works out in our free weight area. Skin tight everything, all done up, and has a perfect body. She grunts/moans regularly and you would swear she's having sex. When she starts half the guys pull out their headphones. Lol

I love a muscular woman! Not juiced up, just the natural muscle. At 43 she's got a tighter body than my high-school girlfriend did. I tell her this all the time
She was a fat kid until her early teens. Got teased a lot. They called her sisters and her the 3 little pigs. She loves seeing people from high-school now!

    That's very cool

My sister was that way. She let herself go and she was chubby through high school. Now she's competing
