Honestly, for now it doesn't change. Pro/carb from waking up until pre-bed. The difference is no PWO, so I will be lighter by about 400cals or so.

I think most in here abide by similar protocols and adjust cals depending on overall goals of bulk v cut. But with carb cycling and the inclusion of a bit of cardio can begin the cut for many without restricting too many cals.

Idunno what is going on but I am seriously hungry.....

Just downed 2 chicken breast and 1 1/2c of rice and I'm still hungry. I'm meal prepping for the day - planning on eating every 2 hours. 1 chicken breast w/ pasta. Then dinner tonight.

I literally feel like I'm growing. I love it

    bloods done again,
still need more blood out to reduce my rbc,
I seem to have low platelet count which they want to monitor for the next 3 months along side my rbc,
she wants to monitor my iron levels over the next 3 months,
wants to put me on a 16 week protocol for blood donation,

had to take coat and shirt off, full exam lol which was fun

looks like I am staying off gear for another 3 months at least, if my bloods come back today as high she will call me in straight away but if not going to be 3 months with a bloods in between.

    time to prime I think

    Marcus,

My platelets and monocytes get highly elevated(especially since starting the heavy HITing - moreso) they've been like this since I lost my spleen(splenectomy)... I take a daily enteric aspirin(1-2x daily the latter when I'm about to self bleed) which im going to try and get another hlf pint out today!

Has any of your bloods came back w/your monocytes high as well?? Im just going off my experience but I know you have a spleen... My thought is that it's from the High Intensity HEAVY arse training?!?! How was you liver enzymes from heavy training(elevated at all)?

BACK Felt real strong today - had people watching/asking for advice - can't stand it when I'm in my fvking zone(after im happy to help to a degree)

Stretching abs rolling RC ex's static/dynamic stretching - 5lb plate w/me for RC
    Warmed up w/neutral grip chins(20+)

    CG pulldowns
    3 feelers 1w 6+partials drop 3+ drop 2+(same weight as first drop)

    Straight atm pulls
2w to failure(hitting higher end reps)

    One arm DB Rows
    2warm ups - 1more feeler(felt strong on these)
1w(115s) 5+Partial rep -w/a long 7sec hold into a slow neg drop(110s) 4+RP/1 same partial rep w/a long hold into neg

BB Bent Over rows(Smith) - concentrating on squeeze and static hold
    2 warm ups(8ish) - 1w(315 on smith tho) 5 drop(275) 4+ drop(225) 3-4 really holding that static squeeze for 2-3sec - slower tempo

Seated long bar rows - DY style - elbows up slow & controlled tempo
    2 warm ups + feeler
1w 6-7 drop 4 - again holding static squeeze for 2sec and slow controlled concentric/& eccentric movement back!

Deads - DY style I was FVKING shot here but went for it
225/275/315/365/225 - Fvk me - eye ball shaking had to kneel b4 standing every set - seemed like this happened moreso throughout whole w/o - very hydrated just used everything I had - like usual

    Weighted hypers
2w to failure - higher end reps

Great session guys/gals(??) -- the DY style deads are ALL FVKING BACK - I LOVED IT! Not as strong on the lift but boy does it hamner your fvking back PAIN lots of PAIN!

yes my liver and kidney function are elevated,
Well heavy lifting will obviously elevate liver/kidney functions... But platelets/& monocytes?! Not so sure... Kel?

Just trying to get caught up on the thread.

Had a good back workout today. Book is in the gym bag so I will not be posting the workout. It was a pretty good one. I wouldn't say by any means it was epic. It was good though.

Good work for the day. Tomorrow will be rest day for me. Cardio in the morning and will hit abs. Then get ready for chest.

Thx Bigdil! All the racks and bars were taken - plus on this smith - I get the exact 45* angle and pull to my waistline... Feels great... And I can concentrate on he squeeze more and once I'm in/at my 45* angle it's all low back and lats - I've gotten used to using the smith in various ways due to my injuries and it works

Nach, Marcus or whoever else .... lol...

So you'll do not use any BB movement on chest? Just wondering this because I have used DB last 3 weeks myself and was going to switch it to BB this week.

I have to use BB on decline ....I mean I guess I could do DB on decline if I have a spotter that day to give me the weight.

    JW thanks guys.

Elevated platelets can be caused by stress. In this case it would be called secondary thrombocytosis. Same goes for monocytes. Stress, anxiety, etc. can elevate them. There are other reasons but in this case that's what I'd probably point a finger at assuming they're not ridiculously high.

Snapped this after my 3rd meal today. I feel good and I'm starting to fill out again after being sick for damned near 10 days. No test or anything for the last 10 days either. Starting back up today.....

Cardio will commence twice a week. Won't be going hard with that until contest prep

So what causes low platelets? I've had another blood test because they said mine could be of concern.
