Will do, GGR. Should be 6/22.
Would have already happened if insurance company wasn't dragging it out. Neurosurgeon is almost as frustrated as I am.

    5 mile walk

Flying out to visit mom. I will continue to workout. Need to find suitable path to walk.

It’s not a vacation - her honey do list is quite lengthy! I’ve never changed batteries on home generator so YouTube is my go to source. Wish me luck. Those systems are $$$!!

5 mile walk. Sure was hot!

Starting week 3 of phase 2. Starting to see minor changes. Slimming thru upper waist, definition in arms, thighs. It’s good!

Walk everyday between 5 and 7.5 mile except for the past week I’ve not been able to walk bc I spend every waking moment caring for my mom while visiting for 2 weeks.

It’s Dr Jade Teta Metabolic Renewal program.

I took mom and my aunt out for delayed Mother’s Day celebration. My dress was loose!

Went to play Airsoft for 2 hours with my upgraded full-metal Desert Eagle.

When it came to the last 10 mins, I decided just to kamikaze myself a few times. I ran like a maniac into the enemy camp where I knew 4 or 5 of them could easily shoot me down, but I just ran in anyway guns blazing trying to get a few shots off. I did that like 3 or 4 times. Took some shots on the top of my head and was bleeding from 3 cuts on my head. It was so worth it though. I'm gonna make a habit of that : I'm gonna play sensibly for the first part of the game, but in the last 10 mins I'm just gonna kamikaze.

One post surgery victory achieved...... catheter is put. Still have a drain coming out the back of my head but that's tolerable. Right now the hard collar is the main inconvenience.. Hopefully, I can get vertical today!

Oh, most definitely. LOL, I was watching videos of multiple laminectomies like mine and it was soooo obvious that if they took the burr just a little too deep they would be into the spinal cord.
Was talking with Kel about it and gave done very useful information......quit watching those dang videos!

I'm guessing I will be out of work another 8 weeks unless they have some extremely light duty..

I must have misunderstood the neurosurgeon'/PA before, Wango He said with the amount of work I had done this collar is my best friend for next 10-12 weeks.
May can switch to a soft collar later and not wear hard collar the entire time.
