    Yes, I've ran Ace before and had very little sides except for acne. I ran the same mg then as I am now. I went with E for less pins.

    With 400mg ace you get al lot more of the actual hormone than you do with 400mg enan.

    Are you suggesting I change something? Not trying to come off as being rude, I'm just curious. I'm still semi new to gear. I am also experiencing shortness of breath which is also a side of tren correct?

    tren a is easier to manage cause it's in and out of your system faster. Tren e is going to build as levels stable

    I'm just personally not a fan of tren e. I feel I experience more sides.

    Bio you ever think of splitting low back/glutes/& hammies then ISO quads a few day later? Just been working great for me lately - legs are growing! Put my jeans on last night and BOOM - tight in quads snd ass loose in waist lol

    My eod sushi was amazing. Pretty bad when they have rolls named after you hahah.

    Doing great I know a couple people that swear by having sushi as part of there food plan

    Just started incorporating more in myself feeling great myself MP!

    Again guys I'm sitting at 210... Surely getting stronger too... I haven't been missing meals and I'm feeling better - cold is & sinus infection still lingering but getting better

    Yeah just keep it clean. Nothing fried and no crab or heavy sauce. Have made most improvements since implementing it post workout

    Hey guys just had a quick question... I'm 26y/o 6'2", 220lbs and I'm taking in around 155g of fat a day... Does that seem too high? The fat in my diet is coming from the 8 whole eggs w/ 3/4 cup 2% milk cheese and natural peanut butter. Just wondering if that seems too high to keep body fat off.

    340g protein and 430g carbs. The amount of carbs I'm taking in is changing though... I'm going to try carb cycling soon once my work load slows down.

    If it were me, I would lower my protein to about 300 and add more carbs and lower my fats some also. Are you trying to add size or what's the goal?
