Got home at 4am. Baby woke up at 4:30, ate, and wouldn't go back to sleep. I went to the couch and got 45 min. Woke up drenched in sweat and went upstairs. At 6:30 my fiancé got up for work and the baby woke up again. I'm dying to get some sleep

Im avg'ing 2-3hrs/night and still wake honestly to start esting plus get ready for work :/ you have it worse than me(sleeping wise) so if possible try and get your cortisol levels checked / mine were much higher than regular
